Algunas ideas sobre la confianza

La confianza es esa base, flexible y rígida al mismo tiempo, que sostiene las relaciones.
Es la certeza de que en la otra persona hay bondad, buena intención.
Es necesaria en la relación de pareja, en las relaciones laborales, incluso, es necesaria para tener una buena relación con uno mismo.
La fractura de la confianza es el origen de diferentes problemas, y a veces repararla toma más tiempo que construirla.
La falta de confianza genera incertidumbre, recelo, miedo… Es muy difícil mantener un vínculo de forma saludable cuando una de las partes se siente así.
Cuando las personas son muy desconfiadas, sospechan de las intenciones y los actos de los otros constantemente, y esto también puede afectar una relación. Sobre todo, cuando no hay suficientes motivos para mantener un estado continuo de alerta.
Finalmente, veo la confianza en uno mismo como ese motor que puede impulsarnos o hundirnos…
