Hola hola abejitas de la colmena, Holi Holi creadores de la comunidad #lifestyle quiero platicar con ustedes este día sobre una muy deliciosa experiencia culinaria que hoy experimente junto a mi hermosa esposa @mortsanchezzz, les doy contexto. 😎
Salimos a comprar unas cosas, entre ellas despensa y comida que ya hacia falta en casa, pero al ser domingo quisimos desayunar rico, pero sin gastar tanto dinero.
Para no hacer tan larga la anécdota, fuimos a comer a un restaurante de carnitas, rica ricas carnitas, para que no sea de méxico les comparto que básicamente es carne de cerdo cocinada con manteca natural la cual también se saca del cerdo, para ser servido de diferentes formas, pero en su mayoría para hacer tacos, un platillo muy característico de méxico.

Empezamos con unas quesadillas de sesos de cerdo 🧠( Sesadillas), con medio litro de agua de horchata y una Coca-Cola de vidrio, ya para después seguir con un taco de carnitas y una gordita de carnitas, bastante económico y por $160 pesos mexicanos, $10 USD pudimos comer todo eso, bastante rico, muy llenador, aunque no sea muy sano pero una vez a la semana no está mal romper la dieta.🐷
Le daré a este lugar 4 de 5 oinks en la escala del cerdito, muy buena comida, precios económicos, muy llenadora pero como era domingo tanto mi esposa como yo íbamos bastante fachosos y nos miraban como si fuéramos indigentes.

We went out to buy some things, including pantry and food that was already missing at home, but being Sunday we wanted to have a nice breakfast, but without spending so much money.
To not make the anecdote so long, we went to eat at a carnitas restaurant, rica ricas carnitas, so that it is not from Mexico I share with you that basically it is pork cooked with natural lard which is also taken from the pig, to be served in different ways, but mostly to make tacos, a very characteristic dish of Mexico.

We started with some pork brains quesadillas 🧠( Sesadillas), with half a liter of horchata water and a glass Coca-Cola, and then followed with a carnitas taco and a carnitas gordita, quite economical and for $160 Mexican pesos, $10 USD we could eat all that, quite tasty, very filling, although not very healthy but once a week is not bad to break the diet.
I'll give this place 4 out of 5 oinks on the piggy scale, very good food, cheap prices, very filling but since it was Sunday both my wife and I were going pretty facho and they looked at us like we were homeless.
