Lo que escribo en mi journal lo considero muy personal, escribo para mí, es decir que solo yo puedo leerlo. Pero esta vez hice una excepción y dediqué una página de mi cuaderno para crear un texto para ustedes y para mí.

Algo que escribo siempre en mi journal es la palabra "gracias". Agradecer siempre es bueno, por mi parte, me gusta agradecer por todo, por las cosas geniales que me pasan y las no tan geniales, me pongo a pensar que por algo sucede cada una, que tienen su explicación, propósito y aprendizaje, aprendemos de lo bueno y de lo malo. Para mi agradecer es una forma de atraer cosas positivas a tu vida y permites que el Universo o Dios, en quien tu creas, te ponga o te de más razones por las que agradecer. Dar las gracias se ha vuelto un hábito para mí al igual que escribir, siempre que escribo y agradezco lo hago de corazón porque de lo contrario no servirá de nada.
Something I always write in my journal is the word "thank you". To be thankful is always good, for my part, I like to be thankful for everything, for the great things that happen to me and the not so great things, I start thinking that each one happens for a reason, that they have their explanation, purpose and learning, we learn from the good and the bad. For me, thanking is a way of attracting positive things to your life and allowing the Universe or God, whoever you believe in, to give you more reasons to be thankful for. Giving thanks has become a habit for me just like writing, whenever I write and thank I do it from my heart because otherwise it won't do any good.
