This week we started to oil the engines as they say in the motoring jargon; we made some minor repairs to the car, being this part of the family, as it assists in the mobility of the members of my family.
El día miércoles fuimos llamados por la Directora del INSAJUV Abg. Alba Galindo, quien nos ratificó en el cargo de Director de Proyectos Productivos, Educativos y Comunitarios, por tercer año consecutivo; también participaron otros directores y personal de alta confianza, donde se comenzó a organizar y planificar las actividades para el año 2024, y de esta manera seguir fomentando, desarrollando y ampliando las formaciones de los jóvenes de mi región, además de orientar elementos de masificación y profundización en el alcance estadal, para de esta manera atender a los jóvenes de otros municipios, no solo en nuestra sede, sino en los lugares más alejados a la capital del estado.
On Wednesday we were called by the Director of INSAJUV Abg. Alba Galindo, who ratified us in the position of Director of Productive, Educational and Community Projects, for the third consecutive year; Other directors and high confidence personnel also participated, where we began to organize and plan the activities for the year 2024, and in this way continue to promote, develop and expand the training of young people in my region, in addition to guiding elements of massification and deepening in the state scope, to thus serve young people in other municipalities, not only in our headquarters, but in places farther away from the state capital.
Esta reunión fue muy importante porque se dieron orientaciones concretas, en donde se perfila un gran año en el trabajo que estamos por consolidar, hemos alcanzado metas que eran inimaginables al momento de iniciar nuestra gestión y que hasta el día de hoy, se puede mirar hacia atrás, y se ve los avances que hemos logrado; además del impacto en la juventud, su familia y su entorno, donde el compromiso social es el valor preponderante en cada uno de nuestros egresados. Citando al escritor uruguayo Eduardo Galeano “La utopía está en el horizonte. Camino dos pasos, ella se aleja dos pasos y el horizonte se corre diez pasos más allá. ¿Entonces para qué sirve la utopía? Para eso, sirve para caminar.” Bajo esa premisa seguimos caminando, sabiendo que estamos dando nuestro aporte para una sociedad mejor para todos.
En los próximos días le daré mayores detalles de unas alianzas que estamos labrando poco a poco con unos grandes amigos y amigas, que van a hacer de provecho para nuestra comunidad Hive, lo cual ampliara significativamente lo que venimos realizando y más que todo por los jóvenes y los no tan jóvenes, parte de nuestras metas para este año y queremos que se cristalice en las próximas semanas.
Por ahora les dejo al criterio de ustedes el recuento de algunas de las acciones emprendidas estos días. Me despido por los momentos. Bendiciones.
We have achieved goals that were unimaginable when we began our administration and that to this day, we can look back and see the progress we have made; in addition to the impact on youth, their families and their environment, where social commitment is the predominant value in each of our graduates. Quoting the Uruguayan writer Eduardo Galeano "Utopia is on the horizon. I walk two steps, it moves two steps away and the horizon runs ten steps further. So what is utopia for? For that, it serves to walk." Under that premise we continue walking, knowing that we are giving our contribution for a better society for all.
In the next few days I will give you more details of some alliances that we are gradually building with some great friends, which will be of benefit to our Hive community, which will significantly expand what we have been doing and especially for the young and not so young, part of our goals for this year and we want to crystallize in the coming weeks.
