En respuesta a la #FBinitiative de @theycallmedan y @votovzla , les dejo algunas opiniones y experiencias.

Es importante que la comunidad se exprese de una forma libre referente a sus ideas y funcionamiento, también como se manejan las diferentes directrices en la plataforma, ya sea con el proceso de votación, las dapps, como proyectamos nuestro contenido, como vendemos hive a las demás personas y sobre todo como generamos interacción y las ganancias, todo esto forma parte de el objetivo principal de esta iniciativa.

Preguntas:

¿Qué mejoras le harías a Hive?

Una de las mejoras que le haría seria, la mejor facilidad y compresión de este gran ecosistema a todos los usuarios, a través de discord dándole más fuerza, ya que muchos al estar aquí sobre todo al principio, se sienten un poco perdido. También que se puede proponer crear una serie de tutoriales para que entiendan como funciona la comunidad. Otra posible recomendación es la motivación a los usuarios, pensar en una forma de recompensar el trabajo brillante, de los nuevos ingresos mas allá de los votos de los grandes en esta plataforma como los organizadores de esta iniciativa.

¿Cómo invitas a tus amigos a Hive?

Desde el comienzo he invitado a mis amigos y algunos parientes a la plataforma. Se animan más que quisieran unirse y tienen talentos excepcionales

También, mediante las redes sociales, las cuales son importante para correr la voz, pero más seguro aún es el testimonio personal. Si la gente ve que te va bien, que la experiencia es #Hive es enriquecedora, diciéndole que este es un gran trabajo y no solo desde el ámbito económico, sino también de muchos buenos aprendizajes en toda índole, entonces muchos más querrán unirse.

¿Qué estrategia usas para invitarlos?

No hay nada mejor que tener interacion personal, para que la comunicación sea efectiva, considero que esta plataforma es muy amplia y debemos conocer mucho.

Mi estrategia es explicarle personalmente a la persona que invito de forma precisa, práctica y sencilla, se me hace fácil porque tengo 20 años en la docencia y manejo los términos para enseñar y darle la mejor herramienta y así se animen a entrar a esta plataforma.

Empiezo con mostrarle mis trabajos más simples y también los de muchos usuarios brillantes que hacen vida aquí. Muchas son las estrategias utilizadas, pero la más importante es hablar que esta plataforma es de contenido original y se puede salir adelante con paciencia, constancia y disciplina.

Gracias a todos por formar parte de esta iniciativa, no dudes es responder estas preguntas, así hacemos comunidad en cuanto a sus respuestas, para mejorar de una forma eficiente involucrando a todos los usuarios. Entry to #FeedBack Initiative

It is important that the community expresses itself freely regarding its ideas and functioning, as well as how the different guidelines are handled on the platform, whether it is with the voting process, the dapps, how we project our content, how we sell live to other people and above all how we generate interaction and profits, all this is part of the main objective of this initiative.

What improvements would you make to Hive?

One of the improvements I would make would be, the best ease and understanding of this great ecosystem to all users, through discord giving it more strength, since many being here especially at the beginning, feel a little lost. Also that you can propose to create a series of tutorials to understand how the community works. Another possible recommendation is to motivate the users, to think of a way to reward the brilliant work, of the new income beyond the votes of the big ones in this platform as the organizers of this initiative.

How do you invite your friends to Hive?

Since the beginning I've invited my friends and some relatives to the platform. They are more encouraged to join and have exceptional talents

Also, through social networks, which are important for spreading the word, but even safer is personal testimony. If people see that you are doing well, that the experience is #Hive is enriching, telling them that this is a great job and not only from the economic point of view, but also from many good learnings in all kinds, then many more will want to join in.

What strategy do you use to invite them?

There is nothing better than having personal interaction, for the communication to be effective, I consider that this platform is very wide and we must know a lot.

My strategy is to explain personally to the person I invite in a precise, practical and simple way, it is easy for me because I have 20 years in teaching and I handle the terms to teach and give them the best tool to encourage them to enter this platform.

I start with showing you my simplest works and also those of many brilliant users who make life here. Many are the strategies used, but the most important is to talk about how this platform has original content and can be achieved with patience, perseverance and discipline.
