The sunny days are slowly settling on Montreal and artists are coming out of their hibernation after the long winter months in Montreal 😀. New works appear on the walls of the city as it's the case on the ArtGang wall as I named it in Street Art #441 (easier to follow its evolution because it changes often.) As usual, it's Senck and Snipes both members of the A.G. Crew who covered the tags with two new great letterings.

Les beaux jours s'installent tranquillement sur Montréal et les artistes sortent de leur hibernation après les longs mois d'hiver sur Montréal 😀 . Des nouvelles œuvres apparaissent sur les murs de la ville comme c'est le cas sur le mur ArtGang comme je l'ai nommé dans Street Art #441 (plus facile pour suivre son évolution car il change souvent.). Comme d'habitude, ce sont Senck et Snipes tous les deux membres du A.G. Crew qui ont recouvert les tags avec deux superbes lettrages.

WHO

A.G. Crew is collective founded in 2006 by a group of friends. They opened a shop in 2010 in order to sell some items related to Street Art and later an Art Gallery. The ArtGang brand was created in 2014. Very active crew and great shop to find some good cloth / shoes and art.

A.G. Crew est un collectif fondé en 2006 par un groupe d'amis. Ils ouvrirent une boutique en 2010 pour vendre des habits, chaussures mais aussi des impressions et des originaux d'artistes provenant du Street Art avec la galerie d'art. La marque ArtGang fut créée en 2014. Groupe d'artistes très actif sur Montréal.

Senck

Few information about Senck as his Instagram is unfortunately private but he's membre of the Art Gang crew based in Montreal. And he often paints with his friend Alex Snipes.

Snipes

Also little information on Alex Snipes, also a member of the AG Crew but at least his Instagram is open. / Aussi peu d'information sur Alex Snipes, membre aussi du AG Crew mais au moins son Instagram est ouvert. 😀

The beginning of the wall (on Saint Laurent boulevard) had also been a little crossed despite the beautiful lettering done byDFEK, Street Art is a really ephemeral art. Like archeology, we can see the different eras (years) by removing the layers of paint. We can see with Peyo with his pink P, traces of Fler with his green lettering made during the first confinement. But unfortunately nothing more of DFEK (I put a photo at the end just for the pleasure of the eyes.

Le début du mur (qui donne sur le boulevard Saint Laurent) avait été aussi un peu taggué malgré le magnifique lettrage de DFEK, le Street Art est un art vraiment éphémère. Un peu comme de l'archéologie, on peut voir les différentes époques (années) en enlevant les couches de peinture. On aperçoit avec Peyo avec son P rose, des traces de Fler avec son lettrage vert fait pendant le premier confinement. Mais malheureusement plus rien de DFEK (j'ai mis une photo à la fin juste pour le plaisir des yeux.
