St. John's Wort - Treat Depression with This Natural Medicinal Herb

St. John’s Wort (Hypericum Perforatum) is a flowering plant which has been used as an herbal medicine for centuries. There have been some scientific studies which confirmed that St. John’s Wort can be effective in treating depression.

The traditional use of St. John’s Wort also extends to helping ease nervous tension, and to aid with sleeplessness and insomnia. It’s also been used topically to treat wounds, bruises, burns, and sores.

Even though the health effects of St. John’s Wort are well known and well documented, I hope you will like my take on the herb and enjoy the video as I explain how to identify St. John’s Wort and go over its health benefits.
