Es inevitable que hoy, 2 de noviembre, día de los muertos, recuerde a algunos de mis familiares fallecidos. Temprano recordé, específicamente, a mi abuelita que murio, justo, un noviembre de 2016. Y ese fue el abreboca de un sin fin de pensamientos atorrantes sobre mi cabeza. Se vino a mi mente también la imagen de mi abuelito, y conjuto a él, la de mi tío. Detracito también la de mi, recientemente fallecida, tía Lucha.
Y recorde la pregunta que una vez me hizo alguien '¿tú te acuerdas de tus familiares muertos?' Y mi respuesta fue un rotundo 'sí', o al menos me acuerdo de aquellos con los que tenía un estrecho lazo... Los llevo dentro:
"Hasta la raíz."
Iba a buscar una foto de mi abuela en el álbum, y toparme con tantos rostros que son, y formaron parte de mi vida en algún momento, me trajo un sentimiento, no sabría decir si, de nostalgia, o algo más. A raíz de eso hice este vídeo de mi pequeño álbum familiar viejo.
Para conmemorar la memoria de los que ya no están, y recordarles a los que sí, mi amor, aunque el tiempo y la distancia hayan hecho de las suyas.

I was going to look for a photo of my grandmother in the album, and coming across so many faces that are, and were part of my life at some point, brought me a feeling, I couldn't tell if, of nostalgia, or something else. Because of that I made this video of my little old family album.
