Hive Top Chef: Orange Silky Pudding Recipe

Hello everyone!
See you again at the Hive Top Chef Challenge by @qurator this time with a very interesting theme, is about: Orange!
Who doesn't know all of our favorite fruit, especially during this pandemic we need a strong immune and can be helped by consuming Orange fruit!
Fyi, orange fruit is a fruit with vitamin C levels that meet your daily needs, just by consuming 2 oranges! So, don't be lazy to eat fruit, friends!

For the orange theme this time, I want to make a special pudding using ingredients that are very easy to get. And of course very easy to cook at home. This dessert is perfect to eat when the sun is hot, especially for those of you who are enjoying the summer.

In addition to refreshing, this dessert has many benefits, one of which is to maintain the body's immune system, prevent constipation, and is good for the stomach.

So I'll just explain how to make Orange Silky Pudding:

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Orange
  • 1 pack Agar agar swalow plain
  • 1 pack nutrijell plain
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 pack of Nata de coco
  • 900 ml of water
  • Vanilla

How To Make Orange Silky Pudding

  • Mix Agar agar swalow with Nutrijell plain, you can use any gelatin. Then mix with 150 grams of sugar.

  • For the first layer, pour whipped cream (can be replaced with liquid milk) and sweetened condensed milk. Then add 1 tsp jelly that has been mixed with sugar.

  • Cook on medium heat until it boils.

  • Pour the first layer of dough into the mold. Then chill.

  • For the second layer, squeeze the orange fruit and mix it with 150 ml of water, you can also use the full orange fruit, then mix it with 1 tsp jelly powder.

  • Cook on medium heat until it boils.

  • Pour into the mold for the second layer. Then chill.

  • For the third layer, take 1 pack of nata de coco, take the water, then mix it with 150 water and 1 tsp jelly powder.

  • Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  • Slice the orange fruit then plating on layer 2 along with nata de coco, then carefully pour the third layer.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • After it cools down, the orange silky pudding is ready to be eaten with the family.
