El día de hoy mis amantes del buen comer de @plantpoweronhive les he traído una receta que está buenísima y la puedes comer sola o con lo que guste son unas Exquisitas Papas al limón que para mí gusto quedaron para chuparse los dedos, es una receta muy práctica y deliciosa
Así que vamos acompáñame una vez más a la cocina para realizarla.
Los ingredientes que utilice para preparar está receta fueron los siguientes.
Ingredients.
- 500 Grs. of papa.
- 3 lemons.
- Parsley manojiito.
- 1/4 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
- 1/4 teaspoon of spicy paprika.
- 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- 2 Tbsp olive oil.
Now let's move on to its preparation
Ingredientes.
- 500 Grs de papá.
- 3 limones.
- Manojiito de perejil.
- 1/4 de Cdita paprika dulce.
- 1/4 de Cdita paprika picante.
- 1/4 de Cdita de orégano.
- 1/4 de Cdita de ajo en polvo.
- 1/8 de Cdita de sal
- 2 Cdas de aceite de oliva.
Ahora pasemos a su elaboración

- The first thing I do is wash and disinfect the parsley, then I chop it into very small pieces.
- Now I grate a lemon (I will use 1/8 teaspoon of the zest).
- I squeeze the lemons to get their juice (In the recipe it says three lemons because these lemons do not have much juice, the amount of juice I use in the recipe is two tablespoons).
- I reserve all these ingredients
- Lo primero que hago es lavar y desinfectar el perejil luego lo pico en trocitos muy pequeños
- Ahora rallo un limón ( voy a utilizar 1/8 de cucharadita de la ralladura)
- Exprimo los limones para obtener su jugo ( En la receta dice tres limones porque estos limones no tienen mucho jugo la cantidad de jugo que utilice en la receta son dos cucharadas)
- Reservo todos estos ingredientes

- Then I peel the potato and cut it in squares, put it in a pot with water and salt and put it to cook.
- Once the cooking time has elapsed, I strain them to remove the water and put them back in the pot, add the two spoonfuls of oil and take them back to the stove, turn the flame to low heat and stir well.
- Luego pelo la papa y la corto en cuadros la coloco en una olla con agua y sal y las coloco a cocinar.
- Transcurrido el tiempo de cocción las cuelo para sacarles el agua y las vuelvo a colocar en la olla les coloco las dos cucharadas de aceite y llevo nuevamente a la cocina enciendo la llama a fuego bajo remuevo bien.

- Le coloco la paprika dulce y la paprika picante y remuevo la olla para que se integren.
- No le introduzco una paleta para mezclarlo para que la papá no se vaya a romper solo meneo la olla, así hago en todo el proceso de su elaboración

- Ahora paso agregarle el ajo en polvo, el orégano y la sal movemos todo hasta que se integre.

- Luego le coloco la dos cuharadas de jugo de limón seguido de 1/4 cdita de la ralladura de limón removemos dejamos cocinar hasta que quede un poco seco retiramos el fuego.
