Making Vegetable Fritters and Peanut Sauce

Warm greetings to the vegan family today I want to cook a simple.made from vegetables cooked in a way that children like.That is, vegetables coated in flour and fried. This way cook vegetables like this Kids love it.Because children don't like vegetables cooked in soup or stir-fried.

Plus a coating of peanut sauce.It will add to the deliciousness of this dish. Children Will love vegetables cooked in different ways Different.

Almost all children don't like vegetables. Even though vegetables contain a lot of nutrients and vitamins.I have to do various things to make children like vegetables.
By cooking vegetables that children like so that they will want to eat them.By frying the vegetables in flour H them .It tastes very delicious.

I will start with the ingredients as follows.

. 1/4 Wheat flour
. 1 carrot
. 1 piece of cabbage
. 1 Stalks of spring onions
. 1 stalk of celery
. 2 cloves of garlic
. Coriander
. 2 cloves of shallots
. Salt and seasoning.

Peanut sauce ingredients
. 1 ons Peanuts, may be more
according to taste.
. 10 Cayenne pepper seeds
. 2 cloves of garlic
. 2 lime leaves
. 2 finger joints of kencur
. Brown sugar
. Salt and flavoring.

First, Tama slices the carrots, cabbage, spring onions, and celery.
Then puree the garlic, shallots and coriander.put the ground spices into it The bowl of sliced vegetables.

Add flour, water to taste and add salt and flavoring to the sliced vegetables and stir. Until the dough is evenly mixed.

Turn on the stove with a frying pan filled with oil.After the oil is hot, add the dough one spoonful at a time.Over medium heat, cook until brown.

For the second dish, Fry the peanuts And Seasoning until cooked brown .Once cooked, remove and dry.Puree the peanut sauce and add it Brown sugar, salt and seasoning

For the peanut sauce, prepare a small bowl.Then add enough water and continue stirring until Thick.

This is the result of the cooking. Simple and very delicious. The children like it, and the mother is happy.The materials are also cheap And it doesn't cost much to cook.Suitable for mothers who like to save money like me.
