Am very happy today to bring you a new recipe from my kitchen. This recipe I came across in the internet while browsing and checking out for some vegan snacks to inculcate in my recipes. I hereby credit Averie Cooks for the idea of this very recipe which I prepared in my own version.

And its so thrilling and fascinating when I saw πŸ‘€ this very recipe of making some crust crumbling bars using fresh juicy mangos πŸ₯­, Oats Flakes , and few other ingredients which adds lots of natural deliciousness to the final result of this bars.

This mango πŸ₯­ crumble bar recipe is an easy one which appears so straightforward and not time consuming. To make this recipe , the crust and oatmeal crumble are one and the same. The mango bars are not overly sweet and get lots of sweetness from the natural sweetness of the mangoes πŸ₯­ with every bite full of mango flavors .

These bars are perfect for breakfast, brunch, snacks and as a healthy dessert . They are soft and tender, and yet slightly chewy from the oats.

INGREDIENTS:

150 g of oats flakes
70 g of all purpose flour
50 g of corn 🌽 flour
50 g of premium sugar
20 g of brown sugar
2 medium fresh juicy mangoes πŸ₯­
30 g of margarine 🧈

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To start with this recipe, I will first heat up the margarine 🧈 to enable a smooth mix of the flour

Step 2.

Next is to pour the all purpose flour in a large bowl adding the oats flakes.Then mix them both together.

Step 3.

Then will add the melted margarine, white and brown sugar , then will inculcate all into a crumble.

Then add the salt, mixing with the tips of my fingers. The mixture looking sandy at this stage.

Stage 4.

I will remove a half cup of the sandy mixture for a later use.

Step 5.

I will glaze the pan and take the sandy crumbs into it, spreading it all around to obtain a layer

Step 6.

I will cut the washed mangoes, remove the back peel and dice them into squares.

Step 7.

Next is to pour the mangoes into the bowl , add the corn 🌽 flour, extra sugar and mix both together using the tips of my fingers

Step 8.

I will take the mango πŸ₯­ mix and spread it over the crumbs layer . Making sure it goes all around.

Then will spread some crumbs on the mangoes, coverings every top of it.

Step 9.

Once its ready, I will take it into the preheated oven, bake it at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes.

An it’s all ready and crumbled up in caramelized texture with mangoes aroma and flavor taste. This us really exciting. Who said ww can bake mangoes πŸ₯­. Delicious and delightful.

And to serve , I break it into bars of big, medium and small sizes to enable a pretty line up display, calling for attraction. This is a recipe you must tty in your own version friends. My tea 🍡 time snacks is ready. Enjoy.
