Season greetings dear hivers and friends of plantpowervegan. The season is all about celebrating the Christmas holidays πŸŽ„πŸŽ‰and into the New Year. And we need to be happy celebrating because its Grace to be alive and among those celebrating.

In my today’s recipe inspired by the holiday season, I have prepared some flavorful, aromatic and delicious mini wraps with the combination of garlic πŸ§„, ginger and chilies that you will love especially for your morning coffee β˜•οΈ or tea 🍡 during this winter Christmas holidays while preparing main meals for the house 🏑.

Mini wraps like this is so easy to prepare once we have every ingredients in our pantry so don’t forget all baking ingredients as we plan our holiday shopping groceries. The combined ingredients made this recipe a healthy bite.

Here I show you the other ingredients and steps to this recipe πŸ§ˆπŸ§„πŸŒΆ.

INGREDIENTS:

150 g of all purpose flour
30 g of margarine
6 cloves of garlic πŸ§„
A thumb size of ginger
1/2 glass of soy milk
2 hot chilies
1/4 black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
3 teaspoon of premium sugar
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

STEPS TO PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this recipe, I will start by peeling and grating the ginger, the garlic I will chop into pieces.

The chilies I will slice into strips snd keep ready.

I will go ahead y to mix the flour in a bowl adding the sugar, salt, margarine and mix all using the tips of my fingers to incorporate well .

Next I will add the grated ginger, the chopped garlic, baking powder and black pepper then thoroughly mix them very well.

To form into a dough, I will add the soy milk stirring all and will use my fingers to mix into a fine dough.

Once the dough is ready, I will cut it into four, and will flatten each one , cutting them
into triangle

To wrap into shape, I will place slices of the chilies 🌢 on each divide and wrap it up.

Once all the dough is wrapped up, I will take it to the preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes at 200 Celsius.

And once time elapses and it’s golden brown, it shows its baked snd and ready. And its aroma smells so good with mix cent of garlic and ginger blend.
