In my area, when there is a party, we still work together to cook food for the party. So, as a medicine for fatigue, the next day the family who had the party will cook this porridge and deliver it to the homes of the people who worked together to cook it.

Not only that, when someone in the family is sick, this porridge also becomes a favorite food. When I was little, my mother always brought this porridge souvenir when she visited someone who was sick. According to my mother, if you eat this porridge, sick people will recover quickly. But I don't know whether this porridge can really relieve fatigue and make people sick, what is certain is that this porridge is delicious, sweet, savory and easy to make. This porridge is called marrow porridge.

Well how about I spill how to make it.
Let's start preparing the ingredients first, oh yes, this porridge uses one hundred percent vegetable ingredients, without milk or anything else.
Here are the ingredients:

  1. 200 gr rice flour
  2. grated coconut 500 gr
  3. brown sugar 200 gr
  4. just a little salt
  5. white sugar 100 gr
  6. 1 liter water
  7. 4 pandan leaves

grate 1 coconut then add water, about half a liter, then squeeze and take the coconut milk, for coconut milk you can also use instant coconut milk, if you really want the quantity to be free, if you want the porridge to taste fatty and tasty then make quite a lot of coconut milk, but if you don't like it, you can take a little too.

Add the coconut milk to the flour little by little, while stirring, once everything is mixed then cook the flour by continuing to stir, so that the bottom doesn't burn. Oh yes, don't forget to add a little salt. Keep stirring until the flour thickens. If it's really thickened then reduce the heat on the stove, make it very low but don't let the heat go out, then cover the pan and let the porridge simmer. Add pandan leaves so that the porridge has a fragrant aroma. You can stir it occasionally so it doesn't burn at the bottom. In the past, my mother kept stirring the porridge until it was completely cooked. But if I choose to leave it on low heat, it's because I get tired of continuing to stir...hahaha

Cook half a liter of water, then add brown sugar, white sugar and a little salt, stir until the sugar dissolves and the water reduces slightly and don't forget to add pandan leaves. When it has boiled and the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat.
