This recipe is originally an Indian dish, but I've added our own spices to suit our taste, and it’s made with semolina. Semolina is mostly used to prepare various sweets, but this dish is prepared in a unique way that will surprise you. It's also perfect for vegetarians and can be made at a low cost, which is a great benefit. So, let's dive in and see how to prepare this amazing dish!

Materials Used.

Semolina 150g.
1 1/2 Cup of water.
1 teaspoon of mustard seed.
Salt powder as need.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric Powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
curry leaves.
2 or 3 dry chili pods
A small carrot, peeled and washed.
1 Tomato.
A washed and cleaned cabbage leaf.
About 3 green chili pods.
1 onion.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let's get ready to prepare this delicious recipe. First, finely chop the onions, carrots, and tomatoes into small cube shapes.

Next, finely chop the green chilies, dried chilies, cabbage leaves, and curry leaves.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add the semolina and lightly roast it on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Once done, remove it from the pan and transfer it to a separate bowl.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and let them splutter. After that, add the dried chili pieces, onions, green chilies, and tomato pieces, mixing everything well and sautéing for about 2 minutes.

Next, we add chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt as needed, and mix everything well.

After that, we add the carrot pieces and a little water, mixing everything together. Let it steam for about 5 minutes.

Next, we add the chopped cabbage leaves and mix well. Then, we incorporate the roasted semolina, mixing thoroughly. After that, add about half a cup of water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Make sure to stir everything well.
