This is one of my favorite snacks, deep fried with whatever filling you like, chocolate or even palm sugar and also you might like the vegan milk variant. It's true that it's suitable for all the filling variants that you like, I gave the chocolate filling, incidentally because my niece likes it.
Starting from seeing processed food covered with cheese, it inspired me to make the outside look like cheese. But who would have thought the outside I combine it with grated sweet potato. As you know, sweet potato when fried has a crispy texture, so it fits perfectly with the characteristics of the choice that I like in fried dishes.

Actually this one snack is not foreign to my area, it's just that many people rarely process it by adding a crispy outer coating. Maybe one of you doesn't like oily food, but if you process it properly by draining the oil, I guarantee that the oil won't stick too much to your food. Crispy sweet potato cake ingredients
100 grams of grated sweet potato
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of salt
