My answer is yes. The reason is that all the proteins contained in meat can be easily produced in jackfruit seeds. So, the jackfruit seeds recipe that I brought today is a dish that my family likes to eat.

Jackfruit can be known as a food that people have eaten since time immemorial in human evolution. Also,inside of the jackfruit, jackfruit seeds were also obtained for food in various ways. Living in today's society, we eat cashew nuts in various ways. So you can make jackfruit seeds also eat like that ways.

Today we can buy jackfruit from the market. Jackfruit can be introduced as a low-cost, nutritious food. We can also get jackfruit seeds from the jackfruits that have fallen on the ground under the jackfruit trees. And it must be said that our ancestors were very good at making different types of food from jackfruit seeds.

.jackfruit seeds 500g
.A large onion
.Three green chilies
.curry leaves
.3 teaspoons of chili flakes
.1 teaspoon of chili powder
.1 teaspoon of salt powder
.Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
.Half a teaspoon of unroasted curry powder

Keep the pan warm on low flame. When it is slightly heated, put the jackfruit seeds in it.

Now fry well until the color shown in the picture. About 10 minutes is enough.

now keep on the fried jackfruit seeds on a piece of cloth and crush it well.

Now remove the peel of the crushed jackfruit seeds. This is the jackfruit seeds after removed the peels .

Now add a large chopped onion to it. if you can add more onions.. it will increase the taste.

Now add green chillies, curry leaves and salt to it.

Add chili flakes, chilli powder, un roasted curry powder.

Add turmeric powder and mix well.

Now keep a pan on low heat again. When it is heated, add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.

Add some curry leaves and 1 teaspoon of mustard to the hot oil and fry a little.

Now add jackfruit seed mixture to it. Mix well with a spoon.

Keep covered for about 10 minutes. You can see the final result.
