Vegetarian Puishak Recipe

Hello friends, how are you all, I hope you are all very well, so like every day, I have brought you another vegetarian recipe, I hope you will like this recipe today, the recipe is vegetarian puishak cooking.

We will first wash the puishaks for cooking and there will be two types of curries along with the puishaks.

Spices for cooking

  1. Onion
  2. Garlic
  3. Cumin
  4. Oil and Panchphoran

Panchphodan is very useful for vegetarian cooking mashallah.

We will take a kadai and add oil as per our quantity. When the oil becomes slightly hot, we will add onion, garlic, cumin and panchphodon, then add two to three chillies. When it comes, we will give it the data of Puishak, after giving it, we will grate it nicely.

When our Puishak data and two types of curry are cooked, we will cover it with a lid again after adding a little water according to our quantity. When our curry is fully cooked, we will put the Puishak leaves inside it. After giving it, again cover it nicely with a lid and after 10 to 15 minutes lift the lid and shake it again.

And if you want to have broth, you can keep a little water. I don't want to use too much broth in this curry, so I left the broth completely in this way, so you can easily cook vegetarian Puishak at home.
