Hoy me uno al reto vegano ,número 28 de @sirenahippie para comprar sal.
En esta oportunidad fui con mi hijo, no me gusta salir sola, o voy con mi esposo o con mi hijo, muchas veces salimos los tres para todos lados.
Pero dije,que no me podía perder este nuevo reto.
Nos fuimos al centro de la cuidad , llegamos con el mejor entusiasmo. Buscando el establecimiento en donde comprar el producto.

Today I join the vegan challenge, number 28 of @sirenahippie to buy salt.
This time I went with my son, I do not like to go out alone, or I go with my husband or my son, often the three of us go out everywhere.
But I said, I could not miss this new challenge.
We went to the center of the city, we arrived with the best enthusiasm. Looking for the establishment where to buy the product.
Nos dirigimos al supermercado Francys, ubicado en calle Juncal de Carúpano, está muy surtido, venden de todo.
Llegamos al segundo pasillo en donde estaban colocadas todas las sal que tenían nombre de Arayamar,es una sal marina, su precio es accesible, pero es muy gruesa los cristales que posee, si agregas mucho en la comida quedará salada, pero ese tipo me gusta. A diferencia de la sal común que tienes que echarle bastante para que pueda salar.
Acostumbro a comprar la sal gruesa y después la cuelo. De esa le echo a los guiso o al pescado cuando lo frito.
De la que me queda con cristales más gruesos , las utilizo para agregar al agua cuando cocino espaguetis. O cuando quiero sancochar alguna verdura. Siempre tratando que no sea en cantidades grandes.

I usually buy coarse salt and then I strain it. That's the kind I add to stews or fish when I fry it.
The one I have left with coarser crystals, I use it to add to water when I cook spaghetti. Or when I want to boil some vegetables. I always try not to use it in large quantities.
La sal (sodio) es un nutriente esencial para los seres humanos , se necesita para que nuestros músculos y nervios funcionen correctamente.Aunque no en grandes cantidades.
Además la sal la utilizan para conservar algunos alimentos por cierto tiempo, por ejemplo : pescado salado.
El precio de la sal marina, es de 12,79 bs.
Pagué la sal , me dieron mi factura. Luego el de la puerta lo revisó. Y salí a tomar foto en la parte de afuera. Eso es todo de mi compra vegana. Espero sea de su agrado.
