Required Ingredients...

🍀 Cabbage 100g.
🍀 1/3 Cup of Grated Coconut.
🍀 About 4 dry chili pods.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seed.
🍀 Salt powder as needed.
🍀 A little crushed garlic.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 3 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
🍀 Curry leaves.

Method of making.

First, wash and clean the cabbage, onion and curry leaves and cut them thinly. At the same time, cut the dry chillies into small pieces.

then, take a pot, add about 1/2 table spoon of oil and put it on the stove and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, fry the dry chilli pieces and remove from the heat.

Then add two tablespoons of oil to the same pot and let it heat up on the stove. After it gets hot, add onion, garlic and curry leaves and mix well.

Then add mustard seed to it and let it fry well.

Then add coconut to it and mix. Add salt powder, pepper powder and mix with it. After that add chopped cabbage pieces and cook for about 4 minutes and remove from heat.
