Let's prepare a delicious crispy pastry perfect for tea time.

Good evening, all my hive friends! How are you? Tea time isn't just about satisfying hunger; it's also about taking a moment to unwind and relax. It provides a break to enjoy a peaceful evening. Tea time holds a special significance in many cultures worldwide, cherished for its ability to provide relaxation and comfort. Today, I'll be making a crispy pastry, which is easy to prepare. Let's dive into the process of creating this delicious and crispy treat that will surely impress your guests during tea time.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Wheat flour 250g.
🍀 Some water.
🍀 Coconut oil 350ml.
🍀 About 3 tablespoons of corn flour.

🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A finely chopped Curry leaves.
🍀 some finely crushed garlic.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.

Method of making.

First, place the wheat flour in a separate container and add approximately 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and to it. Mix it well while gradually adding water until it forms a dough.

Next, prepare a mixture of corn flour. Use about 4 tablespoons of corn flour, add approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil, mix well, and set aside.

Next, you'll need to prepare a curry to fill the pastry. To do so, start by placing a bowl on the stove with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat the oil until it's hot. Once heated, add garlic, onion, and curry leaves. Mix well and fry for about a minute.

Then, add chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, boiled potatoes, and boiled carrots to the mixture. Mix well and fry for about 2 minutes before removing from heat.

Next, shape the dough into small balls. Then, flatten the small balls of dough to make thin, but quite thick, rotis. Spread the corn flour mixture onto the flattened rotis, layering one on top of the other.

Then, dampen the stacked rotis with a rolling pin placed on top of them as follows.

Then cut the thinned roti into pieces and keep some of the prepared curry as shown in the pictures below.

Then fold it as shown below and set aside.

After that, take a pot again, put oil in it and let it heat up and fry until the perfect golden color is prepared.
