I hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share a delicious and healthy recipe of Rava Idli. This dish is not only flavorful but also nutritious. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Let's make rava idli together.
Ingredients
🍁 1 cup Rava(samolina)
🍁 1 onion
🍁1 small carrot
🍁 capsicum
🍁 1 tomato
🍁curry leaves, coriander leaves
🍁 black pepper , salt, oil, chilli flakes musterd seeds
Preparation
🌸First, chop carrots, capsicum, onion, coriander leaves, and tomato into small pieces in chopper.
🌸Then, heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and sauté them. After that, roast semolina (rava) in the pan until it turns golden brown.
🌸Then, add salt, black pepper powder, baking powder, chili flakes and water to the roasted semolina and mix well. Let this batter sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the semolina to swell slightly.
🌸After that, add the chopped vegetables to the idli batter and mix. Then, mix in the eno (fruit salt).
🌸 Grease idli molds with oil and pour the batter into them. Steam the idlis for 10-15 minutes. If you don't have idli molds, you can steam the idli batter in small bowls.
🌸 Once the idlis are ready, let them cool slightly, then remove them from the molds. Serve the idlis with coconut chutney. Enjoy your delicious rava idli!
