A Healthy Snack

Good day folks.

i'm preparing food for myself and Mum these days. i try to make tasty food which is nutritionally dense and good for #health (in particular for #dementia).

We both have a sweet tooth though so i cater for that too.

Today's healthy snack

Chocolate

1 square of 70% dark vegan chocolate.

Bliss Ball

Made of oat and coconut flour, raisins, dates, coconut oil, turmeric, black pepper, peanut butter and raw organic un-alkalised cacao powder, rolled in coconut flour, then chilled to make them firm before serving.

Coffee

Served with French roast coffee from Aldi, brewed with turmeric, black pepper and ginger powder, a touch of coconut sugar and a little coconut milk.
