a few days ago my husband told me that he really wanted to eat this cake, and we had also looked for several places selling wet cakes, unfortunately there weren't any, because they rarely sell this cake, but during the fasting month all the market snacks are abundant. many

and I took the initiative to make it myself, because this is not a complicated cake, this cake is very simple, then I started going to the supermarket and bought some ingredients to make this beautiful, sweet cake for my husband and my child.



ingredients for making pearl sago hunkwe cake:

1 pack hunkwe
200 grams of pearl sago
500ml coconut milk
8 tbsp granulated sugar



how to make :

First steps

The first step is to first boil the pearl sago for about 25 minutes over medium heat, after the pearl sago is cooked then set aside for a while, wait until it cools.

Second steps

then take 1 pack of hunkwe and add 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar then add 500ml coconut milk and cook over medium heat while stirring, cook until the texture of the hunkwe thickens slightly

Third steps

after that, divide the hunkwe mixture into 2 parts - color each part green and the other pink, after adding the coloring then add the sago pearls into each mixture then mix everything well

Fourth steps

After that, prepare a flower-shaped mold, take 1 spoon of green dough and then add one more side with pink dough, do this until the hunkwe dough is finished.

After that, you can also put it in the refrigerator so it hardens quickly, if it's at room temperature you can do that too, but enjoyed cold it's very delicious, and the tara hunkwe sago pearls are ready, it's time to serve it to your husband with a cup of warm tea.
