back again with me this time I want to share recipes for desserts or snacks at night while on a diet, this time snacks are made from jelly or pudding, pudding is a food that is rich in fiber, in a diet program high fiber foods are highly recommended to be a menu choice eat healthy during the diet period, and coupled with chia seeds which are also rich in fiber, this is the perfect blend for those of you who are on a diet

at night we often experience hunger, but to limit the body from consuming fatty foods we need to make snacks that are hearty and also high in fiber, so that our diet process goes perfectly, but this time I want to make jelly blueberry chia seeds, this is a very good diet snack simple and delicious, and also rich in vitamins and minerals

The ingredients needed to make jelly blueberry chia seeds:

  • 1 pack of blueberry flavored jelly

how to make blueberry jelly:

(1) First pour 300 ml of mineral water after that add blueberry jelly powder and granulated sugar if you want to use honey as a natural sweetener is also good, after that stir everything until evenly mixed

(4) the sign that the jelly is cooked is that the water is no longer bubbling, for about 10 minutes, cook the jelly over low heat, and after that, let it cool for a while, after it's cold, add the blueberry flavor if you like a sweet and sour sensation
