The 302nd Shadow Hunting (SMaSH - Show Me a Shadow) Contest in a row!
One of the oldest contests on the Hive Blockchain. It's been running for five years and ten months and regularly pays out prizes for interesting shadows. If that's not a matter of trust then what is it?
Do you have any interesting shadows to share with us? Please don't hesitate to post. This isn't a strict photo contest where the judges are looking for framing, lighting, contrast, colors, resolution, and so on.
All you need is a cool shadow, a moment in time that you have captured on your camera or cell phone.
Especially on a sunny day outside, but also at night, there are shadows everywhere.
So, are you ready for Shadow Hunting?
Trust me, you won't find this opportunity anywhere else. You go out for a walk, you take pictures of shadows, you post them, and you get rewarded. The Community rewards each post! Have you seen something like this somewhere else? It's awesome!

What you're waiting for?
I only use my phone for shadow hunting and don't consider myself a good photographer. But shadows are everywhere, and if you're up to the challenge, I'm sure you'll catch a great one.
To give you an example of shadow hunting, here are some of my shadows.
Shadows from the Alley
Dusk was falling and the street lamps were lit, illuminating the road with shadows of leaves and branches.
Dining room chair
Shadow of a table on the dining room wall. I think it was around 10 am, when the sun shone through the windows on the east side and if it was too strong then we lowered the blinds halfway.
Tightening screw
The shadows of the tightening screws that hold an electrical device to the column, I think it's the electrical supply for the lamp that is on the column.
Late afternoon
And finally, in the late afternoon, after a walk, where I usually stop for a coffee and a chat. The sun is low on the horizon, so the shadows are long and deformed, and Atos is in the center as the main figure. When he's had enough, he'll start barking and that's the signal to go home :)
