On my visit to Vietnam a couple of years ago we had the opportunity to visit several provinces from old traditional farm villages to the more advanced provinces , i will be honest i enjoyed seeing the life and culture of the old village towns more but we also were interested in seeing the Golden Bridge in the Ba Na Hills which is far out from Da Nang province and not only you will see the famous Golden Bridge here but you can also visit Sun World Ba Na Hills which is a huge area which looks one part Disneyland and one part Medieval Times. It was here on these Ba Na Hills that back in 1919 the French occupation this part of Vietnam, French officials wanted to be able to take a break from the intense Vietnamese heat so they came to build about 200 villas up on these Ba Na hills and today these hills has been turned into a huge tourist attraction , filled with a mixture of gothic architecture and carnival games and lovely Japanese gardens and bridges. There are also some extravagant medieval hotels and restaurants here if you like to stay a couple nights and wake up to the mountain freshness. We were happy to have visited the Ba Na Hills it was certainly a beautiful place in the mountains we enjoyed seeing the gothic architectural building and the mixtures of cultures blending in.
This was one of the Japanese bridges that you will see up here on the Ba Na Hills my eye caught this lovely reflection of this bridge which , i couldn't resist snapping a photo or two.
