The most beautiful things in life sometimes cannot be seen or touched, they must be felt in the heart.

Hello design and architecture loving community. On this occasion I share with you a building that is located in the First Born of the American Continent (Cumana). It is the former governorate of Sucre State. It is located in the Bolivar Square, near the historic center of the city.
This old headquarters, being close to the historical center of the town, has always tried to preserve a style allusive to the colonial era. Although it underwent several changes and repairs, it preserved its original style.
On the left side of this building there are four iron windows in the shape of a rectangle with a design at the top. In addition, these windows have three divisions.
One of the features that caught my attention of this imposing building was the main façade, which has four chaguaramos on each side of the main entrance, giving it a colonial style. It is located in a strategic point of the city where a large number of people converge daily from all the municipalities of the state. It is worth mentioning that the two main castles of Cumaná are located nearby.
The old governor's office has a perimeter fence of reinforced concrete with a design of stairs in its wall, in addition, it has chaguaramos at some distance with a very peculiar style that takes us back to colonial times.
Visiting this place is very comforting and pleasant, since we can enjoy the outdoors, breathe a fresh breeze, sit and spend quality time with the family. Being in front of this building takes us back to Colonial Cumaná where its streets and houses had a peculiar style. This ancient seat is still alive in every heart of the inhabitants of the place.
God bless you, see you in the next tour.
