Hello dear hives! I hope your day was as wonderful as mine. Today was quite relaxed and full of nice moments. These days, working has been easy and comfortable for me, because when everything flows, it's great. Also, it seems that the Christmas atmosphere has everyone in very good spirits, which makes everything even better.
Today I just stopped by the Unik hotel to measure the chlorine level in the pool and I was back in no time. It was a quick and easy task, which is always welcome.
¡Hola queridos hives! Espero que su día haya sido tan maravilloso como el mío. Hoy fue un día bastante relajado y lleno de momentos agradables. En estos días, trabajar ha sido fácil y cómodo para mí, porque cuando todo fluye, es genial. Además, parece que el ambiente navideño tiene a todos de muy buen ánimo, lo que hace que todo sea aún mejor.
Hoy solo pasé por el hotel Unik para medir el nivel de cloro en la piscina y enseguida estaba de vuelta. Fue una tarea rápida y sencilla, lo cual siempre es bienvenido.
To return home, I took a car per booth because my husband was a little late leaving the hotel. On the way, I had to wait for a long time because they were fixing a huge leak in the road and the driver didn't know about it. After being stranded there for a while, my husband called me, I told him what had happened and he came to my rescue. What a relief!
Para regresar a casa, tomé un carro por puesto porque a mi esposo le faltaba un poco para salir del hotel. En el camino, tuve que esperar un buen rato porque estaban arreglando un salidero enorme en la vía y el chófer no lo sabía. Después de estar un buen rato varada en el lugar, mi esposo me llamó, le conté lo sucedido y vino a rescatarme. ¡Qué alivio!
Once I was with him, we decided to go to the El Tijerazo store in the Sambil mall. A few days ago I passed nearby and saw a centerpiece that I really liked and wanted to take advantage of the Christmas offer to buy it.
I bought the centerpiece along with two oven mitts, all for a bargain $2. A bargain! We wandered around the rest of the store and there were Christmas ornaments everywhere and in all sizes. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and joyful, there was a festive spirit throughout the store.
Una vez que estuve con él, decidimos ir a la tienda El Tijerazo en el centro comercial Sambil. Hace unos días pasé cerca y vi un centro de mesa que me gustó mucho y quería aprovechar la oferta navideña para comprarlo.
Compré el centro de mesa junto con dos manoplas para el horno, todo por una oferta de 2 dólares. ¡Una ganga! Recorrimos el resto de la tienda y había adornos navideños por todas partes y de todos los tamaños. El ambiente era entusiasta y de alegría, se respiraba un espíritu festivo por toda la tienda.
In addition, I bought some very colorful little layers. Since they were on sale, I bought two packages: a bigger one for me and another one for my sister, since I consider them ideal for her chocolate business. I am sure she will love them.
Además, compré unos capacillos pequeños muy coloridos. Como estaban en oferta, compré dos paquetes: uno más grande para mí y otro para mi hermana, ya que los considero ideales para su negocio de bombones. Estoy segura de que le encantarán.
We left the store very pleased and, looking at the clock, realized that we still had time to make another stop. My husband wanted to stop by Santa Rita, a store where they sell construction materials, to buy a rope for our hammock. The one we had was a bit old and, if he says it needs to be replaced, so be it. He's always right about that.
Nos marchamos de la tienda muy complacidos y, mirando el reloj, nos dimos cuenta de que aún teníamos tiempo para hacer otra parada. Mi esposo quería pasar por Santa Rita, una tienda donde venden materiales de construcción, para comprar un mecate para nuestra hamaca. El que teníamos estaba un poco viejo y, si él dice que hay que cambiarlo, así es. En eso, él siempre tiene la razón.
While he went into the store for the rope, I waited in the car. It was starting to get cloudy and it is not convenient for my allergies to get wet in the drizzle. I took advantage of that moment to take some pictures of the hills, which were caressed by the clouds in the distance. I love to see this kind of landscapes and share them with you.
Mientras él entraba a la tienda por el mecate, yo esperé en el auto. Se estaba comenzando a nublar y no es conveniente para mis alergias mojarme con la llovizna. Aproveché ese momento para tomar algunas fotos de los cerros, que eran acariciados por las nubes a lo lejos. Me encanta ver este tipo de paisajes y compartirlos con ustedes.
We continued on our way home, happy for the things we were able to buy today, even though they were not planned. Sometimes, the best purchases are the ones that are made spontaneously.
When we got home I immediately put the centerpiece on the kitchen island and it looked great.
Continuamos nuestro camino a casa, contentos por las cosas que pudimos comprar hoy, aunque no estaban planificadas. A veces, las mejores compras son las que se hacen de manera espontánea.
Al llegar a casa enseguida puse el centro de Mesa en la Isla de la cocina y quedó genial.
