I just finished a 17.831km cycling that lasted about 0hh:40mm:44ss !
Zwift ride in the sun with @somebuttstuff. Need to set up the fan outside if I'm going to ride in the sun. Cooked myself.
Set my FTP for 150 today. Pretty sure I can deal with that (if goven an oppprtunity to cool down), and maybe handle setting it back to 165W.
