I just finished a 18.844km cycling activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:53ss !
Workout with @jkms. 5x5minute sessions at 105% FTP. Haf my FTP set to 140 today, which may be a bit soft.
Going to try an FTP test on Thursday and see if I can dial into to a number to stick with for some training over the next few weeks.
