Rašica, then long way home

Sunday morning, 7 am. The plan is to have a 16 kilometers long run with some hills on the way. The route is towards Rašica hill and then back home on the road around it.

It's cold and foggy. 3 degrees, supposedly. First cows, then horses greet me on the way through the Magpie's valley and to the village.

Just below the village, the first sun rays break through the fog.

Last tails of fog are passing through the village. I took several foggy autumn landscape photos. They'll be published in a separate, #stockphotos article.

To the west, the hill is already clear from the fog.

After six kilometers here is the top of Rašica hill with its tower.

New shoes, Salming Elements 3 enjoyed the run so far immensely.

Returning on a gravel road around the hill sun is sending its rays through the trees.

Isn't it great to be able to run in such surroundings?

I returned through the valley to make the run long enough. In the end, it was 16 kilometers exactly with 450 meters of climb. Pace and time weren't important.

#automaticwin, easily achieved.

This was the last longer run before the coming weekend. On Wednesday I plan an evening and night hike/run in the forest to test the headlamps.
