Morning Run in St. Margarethen

Yesterday I took the roads to the west, while this morning I was exploring the streets of the village itself.

Community building, multipurpose hall, fire department, some nice old houses, many new(er) too.

It was quite interesting and although the run was short I gathered enough material for several micro stories.

It was cold, around 13 degrees. Dry cold, crispy snow, a lot of ice.

Here is the proof. Local creek is more or less frozen.

After the run and breakfast, it was skiing time, of course. We spent most of the day on this beautiful and empty slope.

And had a beer and a coffee here.

It was another nice weekend spent on snow. Now, back in the mundane world, I feel so displaced.

better and better
