The Praying Position

This is yet another simple exercise you can be able to do at your work place. It is very easy to do and doesn't attract any attention or sound/noise whatsoever. This is an exercise we all should be doing every 5 - 6 hours to keep our body fit and healthy at all time. To carry out this fantastic exercise, you need to keep your back very straight and make sure your feet are on the floor. You can carry out this exercise, by either standing or sitting, just ensure your back is straight and your feet are on the floor. Having done that, you should then join your hands in a pray like position. You can say praying like position or the pleading position. Now, press your hands against each other with a considerable amount of force for at least as long as 15 - 20 seconds. Then, do this again and again, at least 3 - 4 preps. This exercise will strengthen your biceps, your chest muscles and also your core strength. This is one of the most easy exercise with amazing benefits. Start doing the praying position exercise to keep your body fit and heathy at all time.
