Preparation

Get a clear cooking pot and fill the pot with clear water.

Pick or select; separate your beans from unwanted materials.

Get a small bowl and wash your beans twice or three times.

Put the bean inside a neat pot, light your cooking gas, and boil it for 30 minutes. Rewash it by pouring it inside a sieve, and then pour it back inside your cooking pot and continue cooking.

Get your unripe plantains and wash them twice with neat water, then peel off the first layer of green.

Slice or cut your plantains into your own choice of size.

After cutting or slicing, set aside

Check if your beans have softened a little.

Then add your diced plantains to your cooking or boiling beans and continue cooking for 10–20 minutes.

Don't turn the food to avoid burning.

Add your blended crayfish, pepper (optional), salt, or stock cubes and cover for 2 minutes.

Then add your vegetables 🍀 , turn, and bring down your cooking pot from the cooking gas.
