Here is the second part of our hike to Králický Sněžník (Czechia) in May 2020. If you have not read the first part with itinerary of the journey yet, make sure you check it out afterwards ;-)
Refreshment
Alright, let's start a bit wildly. A couple of encouraging shots (Becherovka, a traditional Czech herbal liqueur), spilled twice completely due to the bloody wind:-D on the peak Černá kupa (1295m).
Refreshment in detail.
Tuca(n). A nice kiosk at Dolní Morava where you can have some good stuff, like beer or meal.
When you get closer, you are welcomed by this guy.
DIY: Having own treat in a parking lot, The Sky Walk on a hill.
Constructions
Source of the Morava river. The best fresh water ever!
This is where the Morava river rises to the surface. Yummy!
Klepáč. The lookout tower in fog with bilberry in the foreground. The tower is kind of insecure to be climbed these days :-D
View from ruins of the Lichtenstein chalet through the window.
Corner of love, inside the chalet. Some hardcore hikers still consider it as a good shelter.
See, it has all needed amenities.
There it is, The Sky Walk of Dolní Morava, a popular blot of these mountains.
Fauna
A woodlouse?
A snail on the wet blacktop.
Tadpoles in the puddle.
Flora
Young conifers.
A lichen.
Bilberry in detail.
Young bilberry, peak Malý Sněžník (1326m) in the haze in the background.
Some kind of fungus?
An adhoc lakelet with a rare moss.
That's it for this hike. If you like this post, do not forget to follow as more cool stuff to come. Until then, see you on the trail ;-)
