Saludos fashionistas de Hive's Red Carpet, regreso a esta pasarela para unirme al concurso de disfraces de Halloween. Cree un personaje tenebroso, al cual bauticé como “Guardiana de Almas Perdidas", se trata de una entidad que percibe a los espíritus confundidos que andan penando en el inframundo. Estas almas no han tomado conciencia que ya no poseen un cuerpo físico ni pertenecen al universo de los vivos. La misión de la guardiana es velar porque las ánimas crucen al lugar a donde pertenecen y asuman su verdadera esencia oscura.

Greetings fashionistas of Hive's Red Carpet, I return to this catwalk to join the Halloween costume contest. I created a spooky character, which I named "Guardian of Lost Souls", an entity that perceives the confused spirits that wander in the underworld. These souls have not become aware that they no longer have a physical body and do not belong to the universe of the living. The mission of the guardian is to ensure that the souls cross over to where they belong and assume their true dark essence.

Utilicé un vestido negro muy elegante, el cual posee tirantes escarchados en el escote. El largo de esta prenda es la altura de las rodillas, dándole un toque sensual al conjunto. A este atuendo le agregué una camisa con un colgante acentuado que se fija en la cintura. También usé un chal transparente que está decorado con algunas perlas en los bordes, tal como se puede apreciar en la foto de portada. Posteriormente, busqué unas medias pantis para completar esta vestimenta. Este disfraz sería sin zapatos.

Consideré oportuno realizar un cetro, con él la guardiana podrá trasportarse a las dimensiones desconocidas y sentir la vibra de los difuntos. Este es el símbolo de su poder y majestuosidad. En cuanto al diseño, pensé en un ojo, el cual será como una bola de cristal, aquí observará la ubicación de otros espectros y criaturas malignas. Cada vez que ella invoca al báculo aparece la dama enmascarada, la cual solo es un reflejo escalofriante del mismo ente. Usé pinturas al frío para darle efectos fúnebres. Tanto el cetro como la máscara fueron elaboradas con cartón, al primero le coloqué un palo de escoba como base.

I used a very elegant black dress, which has frosted straps at the neckline. The length of this garment is knee length, giving a sensual touch to the outfit. To this outfit I added a shirt with an accented pendant that is fixed at the waist. I also wore a sheer shawl that is decorated with some pearls on the edges, as you can see in the cover photo. Subsequently, I looked for some pantyhose stockings to complete this outfit. This costume would be without shoes.

I considered it appropriate to make a scepter, with it the guardian will be able to transport herself to the unknown dimensions and feel the vibe of the deceased. This is the symbol of her power and majesty. As for the design, I thought of an eye, which will be like a crystal ball, here she will observe the location of other specters and evil creatures. Every time she summons the staff, the masked lady appears, which is just a creepy reflection of the same entity. I used cold paints to give it funereal effects. Both the scepter and the mask were made with cardboard, the first one with a broomstick as a base.

También realicé un dije en cartón, el cual dibujé de negro con algunos matices blancos. El boceto fue marcado en papel, me inspiré en una espada, de esas que son antiguas. Posteriormente, le puse un collar de cuero para que pudiera colgarse. Por otro lado, consideré que las trenzas de los zapatos serían ideales para realizar un tejido cruzado en el brazo izquierdo, este elemento distintivo contribuyó a darle un aire más funesto.

El maquillaje debía estar a tono con el vestuario, así que busqué mis materiales de trabajo. La base para la cara fue sombra blanca, luego, el color negro fue el protagonista, unté suficiente en ambos ojos, de modo, que matizara la cuenca de los mismos. Con un lápiz del mismo color acentué las cejas y coloqué dos símbolos en forma de triángulo en la parte superior. Para los cachetes empleé pintura roja, sombreé con negro y dorado. En cuanto a la boca quería realzarla y puntualizar una sonrisa más amplia, por ello, usé lápiz marrón oscuro y negro, igual que en los labios. Finalicé con brillo.

I also made a cardboard charm, which I drew in black with some white shades. The sketch was marked on paper, I was inspired by a sword, one of those old ones. Later, I put a leather necklace on it so that it could be hung. On the other hand, I considered that the braids of the shoes would be ideal to make a cross weave on the left arm, this distinctive element contributed to give it a more funereal air.

The makeup had to match the costume, so I looked for my work materials. The base for the face was white shadow, then, the black color was the protagonist, I smeared enough on both eyes, so, to shade the eye sockets. With a pencil of the same color I accentuated the eyebrows and placed two symbols in the shape of a triangle at the top. For the cheeks I used red paint, shaded with black and gold. As for the mouth, I wanted to enhance it and to emphasize a wider smile, so I used dark brown and black pencil, the same as on the lips. I finished with gloss.

Cabe resaltar que también pinté mi cuello y brazos, para ello, manipulé sombras negras y moradas. Esto lo hice con el fin de buscar un tono similar con el rostro. Adicional a ello, pinté mis uñas de negro y usé un anillo vistoso. Ahora haré referencia al cabello, unté un poco de crema para peinar y con una cola me agarré un moño alto, procurando que quedara lo más desordenado posible. De esta forma, quedó construido este personaje.

It should be noted that I also painted my neck and arms, for this, I manipulated black and purple shadows. I did this in order to look for a similar tone with the face. In addition to this, I painted my nails black and used a colorful ring. Now I will refer to the hair, I spread some styling cream and with a ponytail I made a high bun, trying to make it as messy as possible. This way, this character was built.
