Böse Überraschung am Wiener Flughafen. Bin gestern am 9/11 von Varna nach Wien geflogen, aber mein Koffer ist nicht angekommen 🙈
Das ist sehr ärgerlich und ist mir selber noch nicht passiert.
Bin am Flughafen in Wien angekommen, aber mein Koffer war nicht da. Interessanterweise hat das circa 10 Leute betroffen. Habe es am Schalter reklamiert.
Es ist kein Fehler der Airline, sondern das Bodenpersonal ist dafür verantwortlich, die Gepäckstücke sicher und zuverlässig vom Flugzeug zum Flughafen zu transportieren.
Haben ungefähr eine 1 Stunde ohne Erfolg gewartet und die Erklärung bekommen, dass vermutlich ein Teil der Koffer in Wien nicht ausgeladen wurde, wurden übersehen, und die Maschine in der Zwischenzeit wieder unterwegs nach Varna ist 🙈
Das so etwas in Wien passiert, ist schon sehr ärgerlich, aber besser bei der Rückreise als bei der Hinreise, denke ich.
Uns wurde versichert, dass die Koffer in den nächsten Tagen wieder auffindbar sein sollten (können nicht einfach verschwinden) und würden dann wieder nach Wien geschickt werden. Hoffentlich.
Werde ein Update posten, sobald ich neue Infos dazu habe.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Ist euch so etwas schon einmal passiert?

Habe meinen Koffer wieder bekommen, wurde gefunden und nach Hause zugestellt :) Cool!

Bad surprise at Vienna airport. Flew yesterday on 9/11 from Varna to Vienna, but my suitcase did not arrive 🙈
This is very annoying and has not happened to myself yet.
Arrived at the airport in Vienna, but my suitcase was not there. Interestingly, this has affected about 10 people. I complained about it at the counter.
It is not a fault of the airline, but the ground staff is responsible for transporting the luggage safely and reliably from the plane to the airport.
Have waited about an 1 hour without success and got the explanation that probably some of the suitcases were not unloaded in Vienna, were overlooked, and the plane in the meantime is on the way to Varna again 🙈
That something like this happens in Vienna is very annoying, but better on the way back than on the way there, I think.
We were assured that the suitcases should be found in the next few days (they can't just disappear) and would then be sent back to Vienna. Hopefully.
Will post an update as soon as I have new info on this.
What do you guys have to say about this? Has anything like this ever happened to you guys?

Got my suitcase back, was found and delivered home :) Yeah!
