Sanare, Cultura y Café
Hola Hivers.
Es un placer saludarles y compartir un post a propósito de los pueblos hermosos de nuestro maravilloso país.
Hace poco conversaba con una amiga acerca lo genial que es conocer lugares y recordé aquellos pueblos en nuestras regiones a los que podemos llegar en los que yo llamo "autobuses prehistóricos" donde se suben una cantidad exagerada de personas y más sorprendente es como suben y ordenan tantísimo equipaje, es toda una experiencia.
Esta conversación me hizo evocar recuerdos muy gratos de hace unos 10 años, si algo disfruté en mi trabajo como promotora e investigadora etnografía y cultural fueron los viajes a diversos rinconcitos del Estado Lara.
Al principio, el presupuesto alcanzaba para alquilar un taxi y todo era más fluido, podíamos al menos hacer un reconocimiento del pueblo, detenernos en algun lugar emblemático y cosas por el estilo.
Posteriormente, la única opción era viajar en transporte público, un tanto difícil y no quedaba mucho tiempo para hacer turismo, pero siempre se cumplían los objetivos.
De los lugares que guardo en mi memoria con mucho cariño es Sanare, Municipio Andrés Eloy Blanco, visité en reiteradas oportunidades este bonito pueblo y me parece muy acogedor, al formar parte del Pie de Monte Andino su clima es muy agradable, la Casa de la Cultura José Nemesio Godoy está siempre en movimiento, es un lugar de encuentro para los artesanos, musicos, artistas, en fin cultores en general, particularmente me encanta un espacio a su lado, una especie de parque con un pequeño lago y caminerías.
Los atardeceres y las noches en la Concha Acústica estupendos, allí muy cerca está la iglesia, Plaza Bolívar y algunas tiendas donde se puede comprar dulces tradicionales y artesanía.
La última vez que visité Sanare me hospedé en la Posada El Bastón del Emperador del Sr. Adbul Escalona en aquel entonces mis compañeros de trabajo Silvia y Carlos se hospedaron en la Posada El Cerrito y debido a la distancia, el Sr. Abdul no sólo me prestó el servicio de hospedaje sino también facilitó amablemente mi traslado todos los días desde la Posada hasta el centro y el posterior retorno.
En esa oportunidad visité el Restaurant El Encanto, cuenta con una vista muy hermosa, acá les comparto unas fotografías, además les recomiendo la comida, es muy rica.
Sanare es un pueblo de gente cálida y amable, especialmente la Familia Sequera, el Sr. Héctor, Músico y caficultor, honesto, sencillo, humilde y de gran calidad humana es un buen ejemplo de sus habitantes, personas con un fuerte arraigo cultural.
La manifestación cultural más emblemática es La Zaragoza que se desarrolla cada 28 de diciembre en el dia de los santos inocentes, también celebran el día de San Isidro Labrador al que ofrecen promesas relacionadas con la siembra y cosecha, al igual que el pago de promesas con Tamunangue en honor a San Antonio de Padua es un motivo de encuentro no sólo en junio sino durante todo el año, así como también es reconocida la devolución a San Pascual Bailón y Santísima Cruz.
No puedo dejar de mencionar su potencial artesanal, especialmente en Moldeado de Arcilla y también la gastronomía y dulcería tradicional, mi dulce favorito es el de higo y el de cabello de ángel.
De igual forma, este municipio cuenta con diversidad de sitios turísticos, hace unos años contacté una empresa que ofrecía paquetes de paseos tanto en la zona urbana como en la rural que incluía entre otros el Parque Nacional Yacambú, el cual visité luego y también Monte Carmelo, este lugar es conocido por su agricultura y dulcería tradicional, de hecho en una oportunidad planifiqué una estadía allí para aprender a preparar y envasar frutas. Es en esta población donde se desarrolla cada año el Encuentro de la Semilla Campesina.
Esa comunidad rural está en mi lista de lugares que quiero conocer.
Este es también un pueblo de agricultores, en las zonas rurales se cultiva una variedad de rubros, especialmente el café, muy bueno por cierto.
En esta temporada vacacional, estaría maravilloso pasar unos días en este bonito Municipio para conocer, descansar, hacer senderismo de montaña, en fin, disfrutar en familia.
Ahora que he estado seleccionando fotografías, noto que hay un gran vacío en mi galería digital, es probable que se hayan perdido en memorias extraíbles y quedaron sin respaldo, de igual forma comparto algunas que he conservado, espero que les sirva de referencia y se animen a hacer turismo en el Estado Lara.
Como siempre ha sido un placer compartir mis recuerdos con todos.

Sanare, Culture and coffee

It is a pleasure to greet you and share a post about the beautiful towns of our wonderful country.
Recently I was talking with a friend about how great it is to know places and I remembered those towns in our regions that we can reach in what I call "prehistoric buses" where an exaggerated amount of people get on and more surprising is how they get on and order so much luggage, it's quite an experience.
This conversation made me evoke very pleasant memories of about 10 years ago, if something I enjoyed in my work as a promoter and ethnography and cultural researcher were the trips to various corners of the State of Lara.
At the beginning, the budget was enough to rent a cab and everything was more fluid, we could at least do a reconnaissance of the town, stop at some emblematic place and things like that.
Later, the only option was to travel by public transport, a bit difficult and there was not much time left for sightseeing, but the objectives were always met.
Of the places that I keep in my memory with much affection is Sanare, Andrés Eloy Blanco Municipality, I visited on several occasions this beautiful town and I find it very cozy, being part of the Andean foothills its climate is very pleasant, the Casa de la Cultura José Nemesio Godoy is always in motion, it is a meeting place for artisans, musicians, artists, in general, I particularly love a space next to it, a kind of park with a small lake and walkways.
The sunsets and evenings at the Concha Acústica are great, very close to the church, Plaza Bolivar and some stores where you can buy traditional sweets and handicrafts.
The last time I visited Sanare I stayed at the Posada El Bastón del Emperador of Mr. Adbul Escalona at that time my co-workers Silvia and Carlos stayed at the Posada El Cerrito and due to the distance, Mr. Abdul not only provided me the lodging service but also kindly facilitated my transfer every day from the Posada to the center and back.
In that opportunity I visited the Restaurant El Encanto, it has a very beautiful view, here I share some pictures, I also recommend the food, it is very tasty.
Sanare is a town of warm and friendly people, especially the Familia Sequera, Mr. Hector, musician and coffee grower, honest, simple, humble and of great human quality is a good example of its inhabitants, people with a strong cultural roots.

This rural community is on my list of places I want to visit.
This is also a town of farmers, in the rural areas a variety of crops are grown, especially coffee, very good by the way.
In this holiday season, it would be wonderful to spend a few days in this beautiful municipality to get to know, rest, go hiking in the mountains, in short, enjoy with the family.
Now that I have been selecting photographs, I notice that there is a great emptiness in my digital gallery, it is probable that they have been lost in removable memories and were left without backup, in the same way I share some that I have preserved, I hope they serve as a reference and encourage you to do tourism in the State of Lara.
