Simon's odyssey
Simon Antonio is a five-year-old boy who is afraid of any noise emitted by any electrical appliance or animal. When his mother liquefies the food, he runs away to hide, and when she cleans and polishes, he behaves in the same way.
When the school vacations came, his mother, who is a high school teacher, took him to Caracas, where they stayed with his aunt, who lived near Parquet del EST.
One Sunday, his mother, Victoria, took him to contemplate the areas and beauties of that park. They arrived at the area where the train was, Simón got on it with his mother. Then they visited the zoo where there was a diversity of animals, among these birds, when they passed by them Simon Antonio turns to his mother and says:
"Buy me copulas to give to those little birds".
So she did, and he was very happy and distracted. Then they went to the zoo area where the animals are in captivity. There they could see: tigers, wolves, alligators and other wild animals.
When they arrived in that area, the boy's heart beat fast, when he heard the roar of the tiger, he covered his ears with his little hands so as not to hear them. Then he squeezed his eyes tightly shut, his face paled, he could not speak, when he said to his mother:
"I am very afraid."
Victoria, she wondered to herself:
"My God, for what reason that child will be so fearful".
Then she took a deep breath and very gently spoke to him:
"They are not going to do anything to you, they are caged".
In that way the child felt more confident and with a little shyness, he approached the mesh that separates the tiger from the public, threw him copulas, very innocent, he turns to his mother and adds:
"Mom the tiger, he peeled my teeth, I think he smiled at me".
His mother lets out a laugh and adds:
"That's not a smile."
So what is it?
"He's showing you that he has very strong teeth and very sharp, for eating."
Asks the child:
What does he eat?
His mother replies:
He eats meat of all kinds.
In the environment, the day, is advancing, in the sky the clouds are full of water, everything is cloudy, it smells like wet earth.
His mother tells him:
"We have to hurry because a downpour of water is going to fall".
The child begins to cry:
"I'm not going, I want to stay by the tiger".
His mother replies:
"Child, how can you even think of saying that"
.
Simon:
"Promise me that you will bring me, next Sunday!".
Victoria replies:
"All right, but let's go, it's already started to rain".
They ran quickly and arrived a little wet at her aunt's house.
The other week, her mother took her to visit the historical sites of that city, Caobo Park, where there is also an amusement park. There is also an area with a zoo with animals such as crocodiles, turtles, tigers and other wild animals.
"Mom, there are 2 tigers, they looked at me and peeled my teeth, I'm not so scared anymore!".
She smiled:
The following week, on Sunday, his mother invited him for a walk in East Park.
Simon Anthony jumped for joy, shouting:
Hooray! Hooray! You have to give me a piece of meat to take to the tiger!
As soon as the long-awaited day arrived, Victoria prepared a lively cava with snacks and refreshments. Plus a piece of meat for the tiger.
Within seconds they were ready and on their way to the park.
When her mother was inside the park, she met a fellow countrywoman from her village and talked to her for a long time. When she looked for Simon Antonio, he was nowhere near the area where she was.
She looked for the cellar, when she opened it she realized that the meat was not there, she ran to the zoo area and realized that the tiger was not inside the cage. In a panic he began to scream:
"Help, help, help, help, my son, the tiger has eaten him!".
She was knocked unconscious and collapsed on the grass. The medical team rushed to her rescue.
Park rangers and firefighters began searching for the tiger and the boy. In the distance they saw the child riding on the tiger's back. The ranger whistled at him and he stopped, and very cautiously circled him.
He approached him and stroked his head. He carefully put the boy down.
A fireman from the Civil Protection took him in his arms, gave him first aid and found that he had not been harmed. He took him to his mother, who ran to him, carried him and never tired of kissing him. Then she said to him:
Thank you, my God, for returning him to me safe and sound!
Simon Anthony added:
"Mom, when the tiger carried me on his back, I felt like I was in Wonderland."
His mother took him by the hand and they returned home.
From that moment on, Simón Antonio lost forever his fear of the noise of electrical appliances, tigers or any other animal.
La odisea del niño Simón
Simón Antonio, es un niño de cinco años, que le tiene miedo a cualquier ruido que emita cualquier artefacto eléctrico, y algún animal. Cuando su mamá, licua alimentos este niño, sale corriendo a esconderse, de igual forma cuando ella limpia y pasa la pulidora, el niño tiene ese mismo comportamiento.
A llegar las vacaciones escolares su madre, que es docente en un Instituto, lo llevo de paseo a Caracas, se hospedaron casa de una tía de ella, que vivía cercana al parque del Este.
Un domingo, su madre, Victoria, lo llevó a contemplar las áreas y bellezas de ese parque. Llegaron al área donde estaba el tren, Simón paseó en él con su madre. Luego visitaron el zoológico donde había diversidades de animales, entre estos pájaros, cuando pasaron juntos a ellos Simón Antonio se dirige a su madre y le dice:
“Cómprame cotufas para darle a esos pajaritos”
Así lo hizo, y él estuvo muy contento y distraído. Luego fueron al área del zoológico donde están los animales en cautiverio. Allí ellos pudieron contemplar: tigres, lobos, caimanes y otras diversidades de animales salvajes
Al llegar a esa área el corazón del niño le latió aceleradamente, cuando escuchó el rugir del tigre, coloco sus manitas sobre sus oídos, para no escucharlos. Luego apretó fuertemente sus ojos, su rostro palideció, no podía hablar, cuando pudo le dijo a su madre:
“Tengo mucho miedo”
Victoria, se preguntó para sus adentros:
“Dios, mío porqué, razón ese niño será tan miedoso”
Luego respiró profundo y con mucha dulzura le habló:
“Ellos no te van hacer nada, están enjaulados”
De esa manera el niño sintió más confianza y con un poco de timidez, se acercó a la malla que separa al tigre del público, le lanzó cotufas, muy inocente, se dirige a su madre y agrega:
“Mamá el tigre, me peló sus dientes, creo que me sonrió”
Su madre suelta una carcajada y agrega:
“Eso no es una sonrisa”
¿Entonces, que es?
“Te está demostrando que tiene mucho poder en su dentadura y que es muy afilada, para comer”
El niño preguntó:
¿Qué come él?
Su madre responde:
Come carne de todo tipo.
En el ambiente, el día, está avanzando, en el cielo las nubes están llenas de agua, todo está nublado, huele a tierra mojada.
Su madre le dice:
“Tenemos que apresurarnos porque va a caer un chaparrón de agua”.
El niño comienza a llorar:
“¡No me voy, quiero quedarme junto al tigre:”
Su madre replica:
“Niño como se te ocurre decir eso”.
Simón:
“¡Prométeme que me traerás, el próximo domingo!”
Victoria responde:
“Está bien, pero vámonos, ya comenzó a llover”
Corrieron velozmente, y llegaron un poco mojada casa de la tía.
En el transcurso de la otra semana, su mamá lo llevó a conocer los sitios históricos de esa ciudad, el parque de los Caobo donde también hay parque de diversión. Además hay una área con un zoológico con animales entre estos cocodrilos, tortugas, tigres y otros animales salvajes.
Al llegar a esa área, un poco asustado Simón Antonio gritó:
“¡Mama, hay 2 tigres, me miraron y me pelaron los dientes, ya no tengo tanto miedo”!
Ella se sonrió.
La siguiente semana, el domingo, su mamá lo invitó para ir a pasear al parque del Este.
Simón Antonio saltó de alegría, gritando:
¡Hurra! ¡Hurra, me tienes que dar un pedazo de carne, para llevársela al tigre!
En cuanto llegó el día tan deseado, Victoria, preparo una cava de anime con sándwiches y refrescos. Más un pedazo de carne, para el tigre.
En pocos segundos se prepararon y salieron rumbo al parque. Cuando Su mamá, estaba dentro del parque se encontró a una paisana de su ciudad, comenzó a conversar con ella durante un largo rato. Cuando ella, buscó a Simón Antonio este no estaba en ninguna parte cercana al área de donde ella se encontraba.
Buscó la cava, al abrirla se dio cuenta que la carne no estaba, echó a correr hacia el área del zoológico y se percató que dentro de la jaula no estaba el tigre. Llena de pánico comenzó a gritar:
¡Auxilio, auxilio, mi hijo, se lo comió el tigre¡
Quedó en un estado de inconsciencia, cayendo desmayada en la grama. El equipo médico corrió a socorrerla.
Los guarda bosque del Parque y bomberos comenzaron la búsqueda tanto del tigre, como del niño. A los lejos divisaron al niño que iba montado sobre el lomo del tigre. El guarda bosques lo silbó y este se detuvo, con mucha cautela le tendió un cerco.
Se acercó a él le acarició la cabeza. Con mucho cuidado bajó al niño. Un bombero de Defensa Civil lo tomó en sus brazos, le aplicó los primeros auxilios y se dio cuenta que no había sufrido ningún daño. Se lo llevó a su madre, ésta al verlo corrió hacia él, lo cargó, no se cansaba de besarlo. Luego dijo:
¡Gracias Dios mío, por devolvérmelo sano y salvo!
Simón Antonio Agregó:
"Mamá, cuando el tigre me llevaba en su lomo, sentí que estaba en el País de las maravillas."
Su madre lo tomó de su mano, y regresaron a su casa.
A partir de ese momento, Simón Antonio, le perdió para siempre el miedo tanto al ruido de los artefactos eléctricos, como al de los tigres, o cualquier otro animal.
