It's a beautiful morning and a bright new day but a sad day for Tobi. Tobi is a graduate of the federal university of Jos. He studied banking and financial accountings and came out with a first-class. He was so good when he was in school and was hoping to get employed in one of these banks, but not knowing that his thoughts were just fiasco. How is he going to cope? Will he be able to have a family with this unemployment situation in his country? The truth is that he had a talent for business but was only ready to work in the bank. He was just having the initial mind of either working in the band or never, but now has a second thought since the economy of his country does not support his working system.
Tobi lost his parents when he was 10 and his uncle took care of him. Everything about his schooling was attended to by his uncle. Now, Tobi wants to have a job that will make him take care of his uncle but yet, the economy does not allow him to. His uncle, Mr Abdul was a generous man who always help people who are lacking or who are not having. He has trained people's children to the higher institution, but those he trained turned out to turn their back at him. So, he went to meet one of them who was working in a reputable company to put his son Tobi in the accounting department but he bluntly refused.
Tobi later had a change of plans in the kind of job he had to go for instead of waiting for a bank or financial opportunities which are not coming forth. Every parastatal seems to have their special people they do bring to work with them. So, without wasting time, Tobi had to work hard to get himself a tricycle that he could use for transportation. He collects this tricycle based on instalments and promises to be paid back every day until he completes the payment. He began the transportation business and was very faithful to his promises on the payment of the tricycle he took. He did not care about the stress but just wanted to make a living from it. He concluded that there is no job without stress and so promised himself to apply more effort to make something out of the transportation business.
He began to save some money for himself and also was giving his uncle money to buy foodstuffs in the house and sometimes he did buy fish whenever he was coming home. He never wanted to work without bringing something home as he had promised himself to take care of his uncle no matter what. Tobi later got a friend who always wasted his money on things that did not matter. He is not always taking money home after working just because he is living with his parents. He does not want to save for the future. So, Tobi without wasting his time cut off the friendship he was having with Matthew. Tobi was alone without friends that will inflict him with wrong thoughts.
After six-eight (8) months of working, he finally achieved his aim by paying for the tricycle. The month we got to pay up the balance, he went to get another tricycle with his savings which he gave to someone to drive for him and based on instalment. The person he gave it to worked for four months and he added another money to his savings to purchase another tricycle for another person making a total of two.
Tobi began to flourish in the business of transportation. His uncle was happy to see him making progress. One day, his uncle called him to ask if he had any intention of getting himself a woman as he is now progressing and age does not wait for someone. Tobi on the other hand had seen a woman whom he loved and told his uncle about it since he is always telling his uncle everything. He doesn't like lying to his uncle as he is the father he has now.
After a year, Tobi got married and is still making lots of progress in his business. He never has the mind to make use of his certificate any longer since there is no benefit waiting for one hand or one organization to call you.
Gary came to meet him to buy him a car for a transportation business which he agreed to buy. After two days he bought Gary a portable car for transportation. Gary began to work and also brought returns to Tobi. He was still making use of the initial tricycle which paved the way for him.
After six months, Tobi opened a huge supermarket for his wife in a busy area. This made him a complete man of all time. After making so much riches, he later brought a house and a car for his uncle and also for himself. It was a great moment for him as he kept on flourishing.
When one way is not favouring you, then you need to leave a way for yourself instead of remaining filled up with hope. You can only hope and when it is not forthcoming, you have no choice other than to take heel.
