Preparing frier plantains is very simple and easy. I hate eating heavy food for breakfast and I am short of foodstuffs since I haven't get the time to visit the market to get some food stuff.

While I am sitting down outside contemplating on what to have for the breakfast, then there was this woman who always hawk plantains around my street. Plantains is one of my favorites food but I love it especially when I have it with beans. I called the woman and bought five pieces of plantains.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Preparing fried plantains doesn't require many ingredients and I have to use to get the fried plantains done are:-

Plantains
Groundnut oil
Salt
Frying pan

After getting all this ingredients ready then the first thing to do is peel off the plantain skin and slice it to preferable size.

I cut the plantains in to my preferably choice and add some salt to give it a great taste.

The frying pan is placed on the hot plate to get hot. Normally I would have preferring using gas to fried the plantains but since there is electricity power then I have to use electric hot plate.

Here I pour the groundnut oil in the already hot frying pan and left there for some minutes to get hot.
