Being famous comes with great responsibility. We leave in a technological world where one can easily become famous by doing something out of the ordinary to gain the attention of others in the media. To me, the price you pay for becoming famous out ways the benefits.
People say famous people have a lot of money but I don’t think that is the case, we have people struggling in life meanwhile they are famous.
Privacy is one thing you can never again have for being famous. The media and other groups of individual's attention are drawn to you and the little thing you do, you get criticized for that.
Being on the media every day and seeing how artists and other influential people get criticized for the content they post about their point of view about a specific situation always makes me feel sad, whether famous or not they are humans too and they deserve to say what they think about a specific situation even though not everyone will always be in support of what you say.
Though there are other beneficial things such as signing a deal to advertise the product of a company product, to me it’s not worth taking the risk of being criticized every day by the media.
If you ask me, I would rather go for being anonymous, where no one knows who you are or what you are up to is quite better than the media always hunting you to get a story out of you. Being an ordinary person, you get to go to clubs, parties, and other social gatherings, and leave your best life without being worried about what the media might think of you.
We all can’t ways be the same, someone may sit somewhere and have a different point of view about being famous but to me, it is not worth the risk of having you and your family always been the center of every conversation.
