I think that every parent loves to see their children happy and this weekend was for me something satisfactory, my daughters went on an excursion with the scouts and really the joy that the children reflected was incomparable.
The trip began in Cagua, Aragua state, with destination to the Altos Mirandinos, to the Campo Escuela Paramacay, 8 children and 4 adults made up the excursion, whose purpose was to rebuild the stairs and the entrance of the park.
With the characteristic joy of the young people and the scout identity, they went on a parranda, the departure took place on Saturday 9 April at 8 in the morning and in a journey of one hour and thirty minutes, between shouts and slogans, the journey was short.
Creo que a todo padre le encanta ver a sus hijos felices y este fin de semana fue para mí algo satisfactorio, mis hijas se fueron de excursión con los scouts y realmente la alegría que reflejaban los niños fue inigualable.
El viaje comienza en Cagua estado Aragua con destino a los Altos Mirandinos, al Campo Escuela Paramacay, 8 niños y 4 adultos componían la excursión, que tenía como finalidad reconstruir las escaleras y entrada del parque.
Con la alegría característica de los jóvenes y la identidad scouts se fueron de parranda, la salida se dio el día sábado 9 de abril a las 8 de la mañana y en un recorrido de una hora y treinta, entre gritos y consignas, el traslado se hizo corto.
The arrival at the site was pleasant and the reception from the camp staff was friendly, they immediately unpacked and set up their camp, 5 tents and an awning would be their stay that night.
After settling in they went on a reconnaissance tour and visualised the activities to be carried out, which was the reconstruction of the camp stairs and the camp entrance.
The young scouts proceeded to look for the construction materials, bamboo and rope, and having some bamboo strips, they measured the diameter of the steps and proceeded to cut the wood.
La llegada al sitio fue placentera y la recepción del personal del campo fue amena, inmediatamente desempacaron e instalaron su campamento, 5 carpas y un toldo sería su estadía esa noche.
Luego de instalarse hicieron el recorrido de reconocimiento y visualizaron las actividades a realizar, que era la reconstrucción de las escaleras del campo y la entrada del mismo.
Los jóvenes scouts procedieron a buscar los materiales de construcción, bambú y mecate, al tener algunos listones de bambú, midieron el diámetro de los escalones y procedieron a cortar la madera.
Similarly, as a gift to Camp Paramacay, they would make a scout arch for the entrance of the park, they divided the tasks into two groups, some would repair the stairs and others would build the arch of the entrance.
With a smile on their faces and the joy of helping, which is the scout badge, they spent their day between community work, singing and shouting.
As night fell, the characteristic campfire was held, with board games and fantastic stories, it was the prelude before going to sleep under the starry sky and the cold of the nights in the Altos Mirandinos.
De igual forma y como regalo al Campo Paramacay, harían un arco scouts para la entrada del parque, dividieron las tareas en dos grupos, unos repararían las escaleras y otros construirían el arco de la entrada.
Con una sonrisa pintada en sus caras y la alegría de ayudar, que es la insignia scouts, pasaron su día entre trabajo comunitario, cantos y gritos.
Al caer la noche, se ejecutó la fogata característica, con juegos de mesa e historias fantásticas, fue el preludio antes de dormir bajo el cielo estrellado y el frío de las noches, en los Altos Mirandinos.
At dawn the boys continued with their work of reconstructing the spaces of the park, while their scout guides prepared a Chinese rice cooked on firewood, which would be the lunch for the closing of the activity.
At the end of the morning the satisfaction invaded the excursion, they had successfully completed the tasks entrusted to them, the entrance of the park had a scout arch and the handmade stairs were repaired.
At the end they had a lunch of Chinese rice made on firewood and the park authorities thanked the boys scouts for the work they had done, this weekend was an unforgettable experience.
Al amanecer los chicos siguieron con su trabajo de reconstruir los espacios del parque, mientras sus guías scouts elaboraba un arroz chino a leña, que sería el almuerzo para el cierre de la actividad.
Al final de la mañana la satisfacción invadió la excursión, habían concluido satisfactoriamente las tareas encomendadas, la entrada del parque tenía un arco scouts y las escaleras artesanales estaban reparadas.
Para finalizar almorzaron un arroz chino hecho en leña y las autoridades del parque agradecieron las labores ejecutadas por los chicos exploradores, este fin de semana fue un espacio inolvidable.
