July 9, 2023
On the first day of July, I discovered The Mills and I had a wonderful exploration there. Since the rain receded in the afternoon, I decided to have a walk, and I came across D. Park, short for Discovery Park. While wandering around D. Park, memories came to mind from my first visit to this place in 2018. I remember being like a kid when I saw Donut and friends. I always feel like that when in a theme park full of cute displays.
I walked farther to visit Donut Playground again and stumbled upon a crowded bazaar situated in the sports field. With my curiosity, I went down to check out the items for sale because I might find something worth buying.
True enough. All the products were truly interesting. The bazaar consists of handmade products. And only if I can, I will grab as much as I want. However, because they are all handmade, they are all quite costly, which disappointed me, lol. There are accessories, bags, toys, clothes, home decor, and other cute items.
My favorite items were these cute terrariums. Collecting them is my ideal, but I could only do that in my own house and room. Hopefully, when I get back to my home country.
Another stall that caught my attention was the one selling sandals made from native materials. They look sturdy and pretty. But when I checked the price, it was almost the same as buying the original shoes. So I'd rather go with shoes than those sandals
After checking the bazaar, I visited Donut Place again after many years. Kids were among those enjoying the place. An adult like me also likes going to these kinds of places.
There were different inflatables and rides for kids who would purchase the admission fee. Kids were enjoying jumping, sliding, bicycle riding, and running around the inflatable playground.
I passed by Candy Park, where there were more rides for kids. There is also a cinema and food shops in this park.
Just Climb allowed kids to do wall climbing with the assistance of the staff and guardians. I was hoping to see higher ones for adults, but there were none. It was 2005 when I first did wall climbing in a Sports Fest in school, and I wished to do it again on a higher wall. This is truly a fun sport activity that you must try.
Apart from the rides that kids truly enjoy, the spacious green platform is a perfect spot to rest while lying on it and chatting with friends.
Happy weekend everyone.
