FIFTEEN MINUTES IN FRONT OF THE SHOPPING MALL

A couple of hours ago, I drove ten kilometers to the nearest city and spent about fifteen minutes in front of the shopping mall while some friends were buying stuff in one of the clothes stores in that mall.

I also took a bunch of photographs while rambling around the parking lot. The scenery wasn't very interesting but the black & white edit gave a bit of character to that boring suburban place shown in this opening shot.

The faceless mannequins always look creepy and cool ...

... and the headless ones are even better. I almost wrote that they saved the day. But to be honest, they only contributed to the salvation of fifteen minutes of this uninspiring cloudy day.

Here you can see two real people passing by the storefront windows.

The parking lot isn't completely covered with gray asphalt. Here you can see some decorative plants that provide a touch of green.

Here you can see one of my friends that were there with me buying some stuff on the newspaper stand.

In this wide, monochrome shot you can see a bit of the scenery around the newspaper stand.

From some angles, you could see the stuff showcased in the storefront windows ...

... and from some other angles, the glass was reflecting the cars in the parking lot.

What I can tell you here? Bicycles. Just some ordinary bicycles.

This mannequin looks like a well-dressed alien on an intergalactic shopping spree.

While passing by the fast food & bakery stand, I photographed the person waiting to be served. I took this shot, and then, a second or two later ...

... the same hooded person made a cool dancing move that ended up immortalized in this photograph.

And that's it.

Here you can see another hairless mannequin.

Here you can see another headless mannequin.

THE END

I mean, time flies even when you are bored. Fifteen minutes pass quickly. So this post can't be very long. Since being bored in front of the shopping mall isn't an inspiring weekend activity, the quality of the post about it can't be very high.
It is what it is. Not much. Have a great weekend.

AS ALWAYS HERE ON HIVE, THE PHOTOGRAPHS ARE MY WORK.
