Hive Blockchain - Author, articles and comments stats resulted from Comment Rewarder engagement | September 2024

After the success and high engagement of the Hive Blockchain - Engagement barometer through the lens of Comment Rewarder | September 2024, I have decided to extract some more insights in this regard coming from the received feedback. While the previous post was oriented on financials generated by the @commentrewarder, in this monthly report I will be focusing on the author, articles and comments stats as a result from the Comment Rewarder engagement.

I will begin with the month of September 2024 and I wanted to say that this is not a full month as the service was launched only for a part of it. But it is also a good exercise for a first post in this regards and to gather some feedback for future reports as well. All these reports will be set with Beneficiary as @commentrewarder. And finally after about one week on tweaking how to grab the information from Hive blockchain and also on processing it for more insight, here I am with the results.

-TOTAL772035-

In September 2024 we had 31 authors which set the @commentrewarder as beneficiary. From the retrieved stats we can see the top authors by the number of articles (77 in total), but also the corresponding comments (2035 in total) and an average on those. Thus, even if some authors might have a higher number of articles with fewer comments, some other might have a lower number of articles with higher comments. This could translate into a true engagement barometer, but in the end it is up to interpretation. And because of that I will let the numbers speak for themselves.

Note: The comments count was performed with a depth of 15 levels which I consider fair enough in order not to inquire too much data.
