Fish:

In my case, I'll talk about what I do with sardines! They are blue fishes. Rich in omega 3, minerals, vitamins, calcium and other sources of important elements for our development.

Sardine grows in large quantities in my country, Venezuela. Our Caribbean coast gives us this fish, even on the shores of our seas, they can be seen swimming in schools. But when bought in the markets and at cost, it is very striking and important. It's also packaged, in specific industries for this purpose.

It's part of the daily menu in our homes. Today I show you a way to prepare sardines to make a highly coveted product on our table.

In this case due to social quarantine, I only have this can of sardine in tomato sauce.

El Pescado:

En mi caso, voy a hablar de las sardinas! Es un pez azul. Rico en omega 3, minerales, vitaminas, calcio y otras fuentes de elementos importantes para nuestro desarrollo.

La sardina crece en grandes cantidades en mi país, Venezuela. Nuestra costa caribeña nos regala sus peces, hasta en las orillas de nuestros mares, se pueden ver nadando en cardumen. Pero al ser comprada en los mercados ya el costo es muy llamativo e importante. También se envasa, en industrias específicas para tal fin.

Forma parte del menú cotidiano en nuestros hogares. Hoy les muestro una forma de preparar las sardinas para terminar en un producto muy codiciado en nuestra mesa.

En este caso debido a la cuarentena social, tengo esta lata de sardina en salsa de tomate.

I add some vegetables from my garden, such as chopped onion and chili. I fry them a little and that's it.

Le agrego unos vegetales de mi huerta, como cebolla y ají picaditos. Los sofrío un poco y listo.

What is it about?

It is a weekly contest, starts on Friday and ends on Thursday afternoon. To start again on Friday.

This contest deals with themes related to nature. For example, asking what do you do with a fish? You can develop a theme about how you use it, how you prepare it, do you like it? You do not like fish? How about drawing it ?, and etc ... your creativity is the limit.
