The comedy genre, both in film and television series, has tried to transcend all cultures. From simple to complicated, comedy seeks to make each and every viewer laugh. This is not easy to do, cultural barriers can make a joke more or less complex to understand. Particularly, when I seek to watch a comedy, I forget about prejudices to connect with the series or movie and thus laugh and enjoy a good time.

Desde una manera sencilla, hasta una manera complicada, la comedia busca hacer reír a cada uno de los espectadores. Fresh Off The Boat is one of my favorite series and one that I have laughed a lot with. This series is currently available on Dinsey + and tells the story of a Taiwanese family living in the United States. For this family, it is a huge culture shock and throughout the series, we will see how they try to integrate into society and try to succeed in a cowboy themed restaurant in the city of Orlando Florida.
Fresh Off The Boat es una de mis series favoritas y con la cual me he reído un montón. Esta serie actualmente esta disponible en Dinsey + y nos cuenta la historia de una familia Taiwanesa viviendo en los Estados Unidos. Para esta familia, es un choque de cultura grandísimo y a lo largo de la serie, veremos como intentan mezclarse con la sociedad y buscan tener éxito en un restaurante con la temática de vaqueros en la ciudad de Orlando Florida.

I particularly liked this series because of the idea that we sometimes have, or at least I do, that Asians are not expressive and in Fresh Off The Boat, we will see how this is reflected in each of the characters, trying to break a big cultural barrier, while making a total mess in the attempt. Fresh Off The Boat is a series that has 6 seasons, 116 episodes and some awards for best youth performances.
Particularmente, esta serie me ha gustado mucho por la idea que a veces tenemos, o por lo menos yo, de que los asiáticos no son expresivos y en Fresh Off The Boat, veremos como esto se refleja en cada uno de los personajes, tratando de romper una gran barrera culturar, mientras hacen un total desastre en el intento. Fresh Off The Boat es una serie que cuenta con 6 temporadas, 116 episodios y algunos premios por mejores actuaciones juveniles.

I don't know where to start with this series, for me it is already part of a comedy cult, a classic, an excellent exponent of the televised comedy genre. I will start by saying that this series is available on Netflix, it has 6 seasons and a total of 110 episodes. Within the casting, we have great actors like Ken Jeong, Joel McHale or Chevy Chase, not to mention the entire cast that, without each of them, the series loses sense. Quality performances and a very good comedy script that will make you laugh a lot.
No se por donde comenzar con esta serie, para mi ya es parte de un culto de comedia, un clásico, un excelente exponente del género de comedia televisado. Comenzare diciendo que esta serie esta disponible en Netflix, tiene 6 temporadas y un total de 110 episodios. Dentro del casting, tenemos a grandes actores como Ken Jeong, Joel McHale o Chevy Chase, por no mencionar a todo el elenco que, sin cada uno de ellos, la serie pierde sentido. Actuaciones de calidad y un guion de comedia muy bueno que hará sacarte muchas carcajadas.

La serie gira entorno a Jeff Winger, un abogado que perdió su licenciatura y deberá estudiar de nuevo. En un intento de conquista a una chica, se termina creando una comunidad de estudio con personalidades totalmente diferente. Una activista social, una persona con asperger, una madre soltera muy religiosa, un futbolista y un multimillonario. Un grupo totalmente disparejo, pero cada persona aporta lo esencial para que disfrutes de una serie fuera de lo común. Desde la persona que es ingenua y tonta, hasta el arrogante y egocéntrico, veremos como este grupo de estudiantes logran superar varios desafíos o estropear todo por completo.

There is an episode that I can't forget, an episode in which a Paintball war starts with some post-apocalyptic touches. Sometimes the episodes started like a movie, with an incredible seriousness, first class cinematographic focus and then they exploded like a time bomb and the characteristic comedy of this series came to the surface. This series deserves a complete review where I can talk in detail about each of the characters, but today I just want to invite you to watch it and enjoy a series designed to make you laugh in a different way.
Hay un episodio que no puedo olvidar, uno episodio en el cual inicia una guerra de Paintball con unos toques postapocalíptico. A veces los episodios comenzaban tal cual una película, con una seriedad increíble, enfoques cinematográficos de primera y luego explotaban tal cual como una bomba de tiempo y salen a relucir la comedia característica de esta serie. Esta serie merece una reseña completa donde pueda hablar a detalles de cada uno de los personajes, pero hoy solo quiero invitarte a verla y que disfrutes de una serie diseñada para hacerte reír de una forma diferente.

This series had to be in this selection, a series that caused me headaches from laughing so much. This series has almost all the seasons on Netflix and there is a season that is currently being filmed, however, I would finish the series in season 5 and this is because one of the characters leaves the series and was my favorite. I won't tell you which character so you can watch it without prejudice.
Esta serie si o si tenia que estar en esta selección, una serie que me causo dolores de cabeza de tanto reírme. Esta serie tiene casi todas las temporadas en Netflix y hay una temporada que actualmente se esta rodando, sin embargo, yo terminaría la serie en la temporada 5 y esto es debido a que uno de los personajes sale de la serie y era mi favorito. No te diré que personaje para que la veas sin prejuicios.

En Brooklyn Nine Nine veremos las ocurrencias de un grupo de policías que pertenecen al precinto 99, cada uno con una personalidad muy diferente y que aporta a la comisaria un toque único. Desde la nerd, el idiota e inmaduro, la seria y agresiva o un par de flojos, hasta un personaje egocéntrico que se roba la atención muchas veces. En esta serie contamos con la actuación de Andy Samberg, un actor que se ha venido ganando una buena reputación como comediante.

In this series we will see how police cases are solved, games in the office, we will also see romance, suspense, sad moments and clearly, plenty of comedy. I particularly loved each one of the performances, the actors play an incredible role where sometimes you expect to see them laughing in the scene, but they manage to do an incredible job.This series became my favorite show to watch while I was eating or on my breaks and I had a great time. I recommend it 100%.
En esta serie veremos como se resuelven casos policiales, juegos en la oficina, también veremos romance, suspenso, momentos tristes y claramente, mucha, pero mucha comedia. Yo particularmente ame cada una de las actuaciones, los actores hacen un papel increíble donde a veces esperas verlos reírse en la escena, pero logran hacer un trabajo increíble. Esta serie se convirtió en mi programa favorito para ver mientras comía o mis momentos de descanso y la verdad, la he pasado muy bien. Te la recomiendo en un 100%

Speaking of movies, I could not fail to mention Scary Movie, especially if you are a lover of dark humor. Scary Movie is in charge of making fun of many movies, each scene of this movie is like a construction of other movies, but that are going to develop in a specific storyline. For example, in Scary Movie 1, the story turns around the horror movie called Scream, but we will see paradoxes of movies like Blair Witch, Halloween, American Pie, Tiger and the Dragon, Sixth Sense or even Matrix.
Hablando de películas, no podía dejar de mencionar a Scary Movie, sobre todo si eres amante del humor negro. Scary Movie se encarga de burlarse de muchas películas, cada escena de esta película es como una construcción de otras películas, pero que se van desarrollando en una trama en específico. Por ejemplo, en Scary Movie 1, la historia gira entorno a la película de terror llamada Scream, pero veremos paradias de películas como la bruja de blair, Halloween, American Pie, el Tigre y el Dragon, Sexto sentido o incluso Matrix.

De esta película se puede decir mucho y al mismo tiempo no, no esperes películas con guion super elaborado, actuaciones merecedoras de Oscar o efectos especiales espectaculares, al contrario, la idea es burlarse de todo esto de forma exagerada para que el espectador se ría lo suficiente. Of course I had to talk about this movie. This movie is already a classic in the genre and has been a source of inspiration for many memes hahaha. In the movie we see how 2 police officers, in their attempt to solve some police matters, disguise themselves as 2 famous blondes (the Wilson sisters) to blend in with society in the Hamptons. By disguising themselves as blondes, they must act like them and begin to get mixed up in a series of events that will lead them to a fashion show.
Por su puesto que tenia que si o si tenía que hablar de esta película. Esta película ya es un clásico en el genero y ha sido una fuente de inspiración para muchos memes jajaja. En la película veremos como 2 agentes de la policía, en su intento de resolver algunos asuntos policiales, se disfrazan de 2 rubias famosas (las hermanas Wilson) para mezclase con la sociedad en Los Hamptons. Al disfrazarse de rubias, deben actuar como ellas y comienzan a verse mezclados en una serie de eventos que los llevaran hasta un desfile de modas.
