Overcoming motivation Up and Down

There are parts of us who resist things that are difficult, uncomfortable, or big changes. Even though we really wanted to do it.

This feeling of rejection suppresses motivation, but that doesn't mean it's gone. The motivation will only die down and a new wave will emerge. This receding motivation encourages work delays, instead it makes you addicted, such as gadget distractions, social media, shopping, anti-social. So you can't concentrate for a healthy life, diet and exercise.

It's all normal, it's only natural that it's just a sensation in the body in response to change, uncertainty. Our minds love things, routines, comforts, habits. But, just try to see, observe and be aware, just feel the sensations that are present when motivation is receding.

There is a feeling of tightness or numbness, nervousness or anxiety, wanting to run away, but staying still and holding on. Over time it will feel less intense, although it may strengthen, but it won't last forever. The notion of resistance, mental block or resistance also has ups and downs.

Be patient and breathe consciously, then just try to be curious to find out. Give a smile, affection or patience to wait, dance, make music, relax. If you are not strong you have to go, but come back later.

Deal with that feeling of rejection, just wait for the new wave of motivation to come again, be patient and smile, try to laugh. For example, lazy to do activities and want to eat lots of good food, feel lazy, don't give up. Stay diligent in reading healthy recipes, health articles, watching inspirational videos, confide in, but keep trying. Just relax, relax when you feel the sensation of motivation subside, wait.

Patience will pay off, try one easy step, or be quiet, don't give up. The resistance turned out to be not as severe as we thought, only self-defense mechanisms were naturally protective. Thank you, thankful, with good intentions we want to be safe and comfortable, but be patient and just wait for our motivation to rise again and take action.
